I placed an order in November.with Zelong Trade ltd. After emailing and getting no reply I know I have been scammed. Very disappointed as it was a gift for Christmas for my daughter. I know I will never get my money back and with no one to help it's a loss on my end. They sent a receipt for the order but nothing else. I hate scam companies but what can you do. Can Trustpilot help me get my money back. Can Trustpilot find out if Zelong Trade ltd are legit.

This company is nothing but scammers took my money no delivery cannot ring them or email them, supposed to be a Christmas present but I’m £50 out of pocket do NOT order from them

Me too I think have been scammed I am going to report it to trading standards as they have responded to emails after lots of email complaints they have given me a tracking number when it says its delivered it defiantly wasn't to my address They are registered with on the government website so maybe needs reporting to them as well . I placed my order at the beginning of okt. I am soooo angry

Order placed 7th November tracking number provided says delivered to home address at 23:38 what delivery driver works at that time of night and no answer to any of my emails

I placed an order on the 28th of October still no parcel said it had been delivered but was a total different address which was miles away from where I live absolutely a scam. Do not order from them.

SCAMMMMMMM. Stated my order had shipped in on November 9, 2023 nothing to this date. Will not respond to emails after the initial one....THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN...

Ordered in October received email receipt but no goods been back n forth but still no goods or refunds have reported to companies house

Same as everyone else. Ordered 21 October. When the receipt came I realised it was a scam and requested to cancel. They questioned my reason for cancelling but they ignored and stated item already shipped 25.10. I checked tracking after non receipt on 16.11 to see it was supposedly delivered to Blaydon on Tyne. Some 178 miles from where I live. They stated order volume was too large and the warehouse did not check the order information when packing. I again requested a refund. They ignored and said package would be re delivered within 7 working days. This was 21.11. No surprise still not received. SCAMMERS!

Placed orderc18th November received nothing. E.mailled the say order no was no good and would receive new number in 3 days still waiting. Very upset and disappointed.

If was up to me they would get a big fat zero I keep sending emails regarding my orders. They say it on its way then I get a email saying it was delivered but to the wrong address what a f##### scam. Please don’t trust this company they have ruined a lot people’s Christmas’s. SCUM BAGS

Scammers ordered and no product. Emailed several times with same response

Ordered from this company on the 7th of November, with many emails later to be told it in in the post no tracking was available, just to be patient, still have not received my parcels and they have not replied to my emails for over a week, safe to say it was a scam! I have given their address to my legal representative and they will be getting a court letter to their registered address.

I order from this company on 27th october.and still waiting for the good had one email back saying that they had been busy and it will be here in a few days and I am still waiting.
Asked for a update and nothing back.
Now hoping for a refund.

Every email l sent l received a reply from xiaofangliu who was helpful. I waited 3 weeks before l contacted them as my parcel hadn't arrived.l received all copies of my receipt of payment & a tracking number.l tracked my order on 17,it did go to Moseley hill delivery office & delivered to the wrong address.There was a map showing destination,photograph of parcel.l have been in touch with this company & had a reply stating it is to be redelivered but so far no parcel.

Mother in law did a order for her grandchildren for Christmas and hasn't received the products or email or anything complete scam DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM

I see I wasn’t the only one scammed placed an order on November 25 2023 and not one response no email or anything guess that’s a lesson well learned if it looks to good to be true it is

Item ordered but as with other people on here they kept saying to be patient it was on its way. No item so I have obviously been scammed
