Same experience as everybody else. Ordered on 28.10.23, never arrived. Been never given a tracking number. When I emailed them they gave me a wrong number together with a dangerous link within the email (my security system Kaspersky warned me about this link being not trustworthy) , Lost quite a bit of hard earned money.

I too have been scammed. Order an infinity table tracking number was false.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY!!
Was going to be a xmas present for my grandchildren.

Ordered two gaming machines handheld. Even played extra for oled screen. Never got it and email was bogus!!! Telll your friends dont do it !!! Go on temu and order your stuff or amazon

ZERO STARS!! Ordered and got ripped off like everyone else. Told my daughter I got her a special treat for Christmas and now she's going to be disappointment. Thanks a lot. Scamming people at Christmas is a new low. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Do not order anything with their name! Took my money and didn't receive anything, they claim my order was delivered. They use a fake number and tracking number, got my money back off the bank thankfully

This company should be taken down. Complete scam and I thought I was aware of these things but I've been scammed 😭😭😭

Order and paid 17th November £38.20 not a word

This company scammed me. They took my money and did not deliver my item. They claimed they delivered it to a neighbour but refused to confirm which one. They no longer respond to me emails. They should be closed down and prosecuted as they are clearly operating a scam.

I to have bought from this company on the 18th Nov. I dunno why but a few days later I googled the company & came across all these reviews! I sent them an email asking for an update regarding shipping & got an automated response saying that it'll be shipped within 3 days. So I sent another email asking for a refund... they haven't even bothered with an automated response. I have informed my bank that this company is an absolute scam... I was just wondering has anybody had any luck in getting their money back from there bank?

I ordered a product and despite sending emails to this company I recieved a auto generated reply. Googled them and whaddya know... scammers. Bit sad that this company does this. Will be trying to get my money back but I'm not counting on it. 😠

I placed an order 11/7/2023 and it’s been weeks without any email tracking information. I tried reaching out to the person who was advertising the product and no reply was ever made by them. I have tried to contact the customer service email shown on the website. I received a bogus response saying “Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system for the time being.
We have registered your information and will contact the warehouse to check for you.
The tracking number will be provided to you within three days “. It’s been over a week and no update. I reported this matter through Facebook. It’s so upsetting to be scammed. I hope this will help others so they don’t make the same mistake as I did. Be aware this zelong trade ltd is a scam!

Took my payment out of my bank but

Scammers!!! Took money from my card few times! Thanks to bank, blocked my card . But anyway didn't get nothing only payments 😞

A scam. Took my money £48 for Jo Malone gift packs on Facebook. No tracking number or receipt from Zelong Trading. So many of these scams in Fb

Actually feel sick to my stomach I've ordered couple things from this company for my grankids Xmas. I struggled to save money for there Xmas not got a clue what I'm going to do now .I hope you scammers are happy that you are ruined kids Xmas I can't afford to buy them anything to back up from this loss 😢

Like everyone else I have fallen for this scam advertised on Facebook...lesson learned the hard way! Payment taken from my credit card so will return to them to help retrieve my money. Game I ordered was supposedly delivered but picture bore no resemblance to my address and item nowhere to be found. DO NOT order from this Company as it doesn't appear to exist

ive just reported these to fraud contact I was given by RoyalMail. definitely a scam. ordered over a month ago for Christmas been chasing on email several times with an auto response and a bogus tracking number with Royalmail that doesn't exist. Nice one doing this to people right before Christmas. FACEBOOK should be ashamed allowing scammers on there
