I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trademark Brothers. As a startup business, walking into the world of trademarks felt both daunting and laced with potential unwanted costs. Trademark Brothers were fantastic to deal with, we tried to research the UK Intellectual Property Office's website, but it soon became very apparent why people would use an expert for this. After we did our own research, we called a few of your standard law firms and as a startup we felt like we were drowned in a lot of legal jargon and didn't really understand why we were being quoted thousands of pounds for a trade mark. We were recommended to Trademark Brothers through a forum and found them to do exactly what they stand for and provide a fixed-fee and honestly it was fixed-fee with no additional or hidden charges, in a way we could understand what we needed a trade mark for and what its value was and all done with professionalism and tailored care. We dealt with Mo who even gave us a plethora of other useful considerations for someone just starting out their business. 100% recommend, if you want transparency, value for money coupled with professionalism and people that are responsive, then deal with these guys to secure your brand!
