Fantastic and honest service. Every company should be run like this. You truly feel that they genuinely care about their clients. Very approachable, I messaged them on a bank holiday and got a prompt reply. I was then able to explain my situation and have a phone consultation where they were honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need or wasn’t worth pursuing my trademark. I really appreciate their honesty and they took the time to explain this as well rather than misguiding you and taking your money until your application is then rejected.
