Another phone scam shop. Avoid.

I think this site has since shut down, as its page consistently 404's now.
My experience is: They offered me a price to buy my phone. Once received, they halved it specifying two faults that were non existent, loud speaker is low, battery health is weak, and housing has marks.
The housing did have marks, which is why I said the phone was good, not excellent condition.
I refused their offer, as it was less than half the valuation price. They wouldn't return the phone till I'd paid a fee of £10 which must have been in the small print. And when the phone arrived back it was missing the original box, charger, cable, manual and all the packaging, and the battery was dead.
I have emailed them twice now, the first email was completely ignored, I've yet to see if they reply to the second threatening legal action. Definitely one to avoid, but at least I got the phone back, minus everything that was with it.
