Prompt efficient service, with the agreed amount for,the phone in my bank account only 3 days after I posted it to them.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before sending off my phone. One they received it they messaged to say the speaker needed serviced and the screen was damaged resulting in £40 less rhan their original offer price. The speakers worked perfectly and the screen was in mint condition. Lesson learned, I'll never use them again.

The gentlemen were really helpful and knowledgeable. They supported me through choosing a new phone and setting up my new phone. I’ve used them for years for my children’s phones. I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service.

I eventually got the initial offer price for my phone but communication is very 'iffy' and could be a lot better.

Was a ok experience expected £412 but engineers found 2 faults battery weak although still 83% so in healthy bracket and loudspeaker low although still sounded good so got a reevaluation for £310

First time dealing with the company. I got less than quoted on their website, they wasted 24 hours before telling me I needed to provide proof of ID, and only did so after I chased my order, and wasn't mentioned at any point during the order process, raised this with the company, no mentioned of the missing money, no offer to return my phone which I would happily do!

Made an offer for my phone, then offered me half the amount originally quoted. Said there was damage, I took photos and videos of my phone prior to sending. They could not provide me with pics of apparent damage.

The whole process is so amzing

Sent them a brand new phone that had been out of the box but never used. They tried to knock me for £50 for a "fault", reduced to £20 when I pointed out it had never been used. Took the money because I couldn't be bothered to argue. Not impressed!

I would give no stars if i could. I was quoted £320 for my phone but was then told it was only worth 200 as it had dents (which it didn't and I had pics to prove it) and the battery wasn't as strong ( that i can accept) told them I didn't accept the over was then offered £210 I rejected it again explain everything and that I had found somewhere else that would pay £275 but was then told my final offer was £240 and if I declined again I'd have to pay £10 admin fee. What a joke. I sold it to them in the end as it was getting too stressful I wouldn't recommend selling here at all.

Very helpful young man solved my problem of not being able to download apps on play store. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero i would, sent a brand new Samsung s25, got quote sent phone 8 days later after I phoned them. They claimed there was no phone in the box, guys do not use these people, absolutely disgusting
