Service is brilliant recommended

AVOID. They claim they are unable to get into the phone. Requested they send it back. Two months on still no phone or money. Reported to Trading Standards and West Yorkshire police to investigate as online fraud.

Communications take weeks and they they low ball you - 75% less that the price offered. Scammers

Do not ever use this.

It took them 3 weeks before they value my phone and then i received an email about re valued to lower price after a few weeks because they apparently found that the phone has some scratch. This is due to them handling my phone. It says that they pay quick!! oh NO!!! THATS A BIG LIE!!!! I sent my phone on 19th of september, the confirmation email i received about sending my proof of identity on 23rd of September. Then suddenly a revalued email on the 9th of october???????

Sold a galaxy tab s10 ultra purchased 6 months ago. As others have noted it got devalued after initial quote due to decreasing battery power. The device was almost new. I'd avoid this company, I've sold through others who seem more fair and honest.

In immaculate condition. But because it didn’t have a strap they knocked over £40 off the price when you can buy a strap for £ 20. Had to ring and get the price of £240 agreed after the initial price of £274. The emails and comms were very slow. Wouldnt use these again

I thought I'd give them a go as they came out top on the comparison sites. A 6 year iPhone SE was valued at £27 but once assessed they thought the battery life wasn't good enough (it was in daily use and battery was acceptable). They wiped almost half the value and came back with a £15 offer. Reading the other reviews can only assume you're phone has to be new and perfect to get there first offer. Shop around if you have something of value.

I went with Trade Your Phone over another provider because they didn’t openly pre-require battery life conditions compared to other providers. Mine was 80%. When I sent it they then used this to reduce the cost along with “scuffs” - it really was in perfect condition. I was offered £110 instead of £198 for my iPhone 14 (128gb). I wouldn’t use them again as I think they are just saying scuffs to everyone to barter down. If sat on my coffee table for over a year waiting to get sold so didn’t have it in me to faff but I would avoid them in the future.

Do not use this company! I decided to try and sell my phone with this company as they offered the highest trade in price. After inspection they stated my phone was dents and scratches on it and sent me a low ball offer of over £120 less than they originally offered. The phone was in near mint condition so had it returned which came at a cost to me. The phone also came back without the case I sent it in with.

sent my mobile phone off to them, quote was £310.
They offered £210.
I reffused the offerand now they are refusing to return my device.
Return fee is £10.
I have emailed them 6 times now asking for the method of paying this £10 return fee.
They just ignore every email i have sent.
So basically they trying to keep my device.
Absoloute bunch of COWBOYS!
Be aware of this buyer and for you own piece of mind dont trust this company. You will never get your device.
Go to mazuma mobile.They are a genuine company.

Wouldn’t recommend. Knocked down the price offered for frivolous reasons without providing any evidence. Be warned they will also ask for proof of ID and purchase.

I chose this company from a comparison website as they offered the most for my phone. That was the first mistake. They had the phone for nearly two weeks, with hardly any communication; I was constantly chasing for updates. Then the sting, they devalued the phone by £120 because of scratches to the case and screen. The phone I sent had never been out of a case or screen protector, and was pristine. I ended up accepting their offer because they simply wore me down. It was £10 to return my phone and then repeat the process with another company. I will not make this mistake again, and go with a company that I’ve used previously. They’d offered £50 less, but I would have ended up with more cash.

Fantastic service. Polite and helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.

As always very helpful stay been using them for a while.
