excellent exchange for me, first because it uses raptoreum (RTM) and was the only site that i could use to trade RTM to DOGE.
also this site doesn't require any sort of ID, so i don't get smashed by my country's dumb laws

I have been using TO for about a year…
I have been using TO for about a year or so and have made over 100 transactions. I have had over all a great experience with them. Not really a good one for newbies. I had to contact customer support once about a failed ETH transaction when the gas fees shot up. They responded immediately and fixed the problem. ARRR deposits and withdrawals have been slow lately but they do go through and people are working to fix that. Over all they are good.

Registered a week ago with £500 to buy XMV and WOW, come back to login this morning and everything including the account is GONE!! The account was 2FA enabled, and their 'Forgot Password' link does not send any e-mails to you or the spam filter. STAY AWAY from exchanges like this that provide no contact or support. Straight-up THEFT!

The company that makes a profit by closing the withdraw transactions.
For example, if there is a price difference between the other market, the withdrawal of that crypto money will not be possible. In this way, they prevent money outflow.
At the same time, they sell the low-cost crypto they buy from their users at a higher price on a different exchange market.
It is a fraudulent firm manipulating the market.
