2 months into Monster package and some confusion with the package we purchased. Jean M was extremely patient going through each of the items on our list of questions. She even sent a detailed email so we would have the information in hand. We very much appreciate Jean’s expertise as we navigate from sales to actual usage of the trips!

My husband and I decided to cancel our package eventhough it was a very generous offer and we had no problem getting a credit on our credit card. Deborah offered a fair alternative to cancelling the entire package but even after refusing that offer, she graciously honored our wishes to cancel and we got a credit on our credit card. That tells me this is not a scam.
