Avoid this company

Gave the company 50% deposit in good faith. Was assured delivery to Sydney in 4 working days for installation at their Sydney depot..

Sales Manager stalled the installation and then lied to me, claiming that the roof rack was in Sydney but they were unable to fit it for another 10 days or so as they only have one part time installer in Sydney.

I called him out by suggesting that I go pick the roof rack up and arrange for another installer. Suddenly, he noticed that whoops ... it is not in Sydney at all.

Disorganised, unprofessional and dishonest.

Let's see if they are any faster to return my money or whether this ends up before Fair Trading.

One week later and still no refund after three promises.

No apology of any kind. A complete disaster of a company.
