I’ll be honest, I was a bit wary about using an online directory to find someone to work on my house, as I’ve had bad luck with 'cowboy' builders in the past. However, Tradesmen Online actually surprised me.

They have cold called me twice , the second call I said I’m not interested and thanks for there time but I didn’t want to waste there’s as I already pay fortunes on companies like this and explained I’m not willing to and then a chap called Jordan insisted I listen which I said no to and then was rude to me on the phone and hung up when I was going to respond.

Nothing but sheer rudeness.

I've used this company for over a year now, great service, highly recommend.

Spoke to these guys, had a look at these reviews and was wary to start, but actually great website and decent company to deal with. Always answer my calls and questions. Made money back quickly. Not made me a millionaire but certainly worth the investment. Would advise 5*

I will not recommend this company at all.
I had a subscription with them for 6 months, nothing good happened to me,no phone calls, nothing.I lost my money with them,£600.They don’t do anything ,just filling up their pockets.They pushing you to buy the subscription,promising allot of things.

Made an investment with Tradesmen for the 6 months they offer, filled gaps in the diary as I had work booked in - but I was always looking for more. Great guys as well :)

I've been using Tradesmen Online since September, and I paid £385 hoping to generate leads for my business. I set up my profile page to a good standard, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a single phone call or lead from them. When I raised this concern, they gave me an extra three months of subscription for free, but still nothing changed. Honestly, it feels like I might as well have flushed that £385 down the drain. I'm still stuck in the contract, and I just want to warn other tradesmen: don’t waste your money on this service. They promise a lot but deliver nothing. No leads, no follow-ups, just a loss of £385. Look elsewhere for your marketing needs.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS ! We run a property maintenance business in London, we have not had a single job come from this, (we always ask where new customers have found us) this cost us around £600 for 6 months. The initial call was very scripted, we have been on checkatrade and myjobquote (much better platforms). In the 6 months we have called up numerous times to then be told we will get a call back, which more often than not we didn't receive a call. We have just had a call and they have had the cheek to ask if I would like to sign up for another 6 months after purely ignoring my request for a refund. The company is am absolute joke, stay well clear of them.

Was skeptics to start with as I have tried these services before.
After speaking with the guy, they did seem like it was different to others. As others have mentioned started slow but deffo picked up. Will be renewing in next 2 months

Red flags!

Spoke to them regarding signing up as a an engineer.

Very scripted conversation (almost sounded AI but don't think it was) and very pushy towards the end, trying to get me to sign up on the spot.

Requested an email or contact number so that I could look into it further before signing, but was told this was not possible as they needed an engineer in the area straight away (odd, as it had taken me a week to respond to their initial phone call and they called me straight back, so can't have been that urgent) and by the time I'd gotten back to them someone else would be in place.

Very strange call, can't say for certain that it's a scam but nothing about it sounded genuine to me, and the wording / aggressive tone on previous reviews on here sound off.

Stay safe people!

Got phonecall promising more phonecalls, sold the idea of them wanting me to renew as thats how they make their money, been 6 weeks now and not one single phonecall, when i rang and asked them they told me i need to ask customers where they got my number, which i always do anyways, but every bit of work ive done since that phonecall has come from facebook or pre existing customers. £510 down with no return, when they asked me how many phonecalls id like to receive i said a low amount and they said something along the lines of ‘aw we’ll be 100% confident you will renew if thats the sort of return you’d be happy with.

I was contacted by someone from tradesmen who was talking me into being part of tradesmen and that i would be so busy that i may even leave my day job. I was also made to do a couple of things like searching up in the directory and checking out a few companies who have been on for a long time, one example of the asbestos man who had joined in 2019 and is still going strong. The next morning when i did my own research, it shows that hes joined in aughost 2025 with 5 only 5 feedbacks?? Now im reading the reviews, im so glad that i didnt sign up which i was so close to doing. Was i nearly scammed??

Just renewed after 6 months on board, got a decent amount of calls especially for the cost I paid. More then happy with the service would definitely recommend
