Chance to buy the taps from a bona fide supplier - I was doubtful about some of the other companies advertising at similar prices. Knowledgeable and helpful when I phones with a couple of queries.

I was extremely pleased with the service offered by Trade Taps. I found the company on line, but had some queries, so phoned several times and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. My order arrived promptly and I would definitely use Trade Taps again.

After perusing the internet for a suitable shower screen, TradeTaps offered the best price for the item I wanted. Delivery was 2 days after.

I bought a Geberit wall mounting WC and a vanity unit. Shortly after I placed my order online I realised that I had made a mistake in the size of the frame. I was able to contact the friendly staff by telephone and have it amended. Confirmation of the amendment was received immediately by email. Good communications is in my opinion paramount.
The company uses a national pallet delivery network for heavy and fragile goods, it means that nothing gets damaged in transit. They even deliver to Ireland!
I saved myself a small fortune and time by buying online.

A local supplier offered me a special deal on a pair of taps at £35, but also showed me the TradeTaps website. That was his undoing. I logged on, found the exact taps I wanted, and was able to order them for £25. They were delivered the next day, and installed the day after. Result!

I ordered a pair of taps, however I received a duplicate pair the following day.
Unfortunately, the taps were not suitable so I had to return them.
- the courier did not turn up to collect. I had waited in all day because they did not provide a one hour slot as promised. The next day, they again failed to give me a one hour slot, but did arrive to collect.
I was disappointed with Trade Taps, as my refund did not cover the original delivery charge, even though I had returned the taps sent to me by mistake. I felt a goodwill gesture was appropriate, but when I asked this was declined.

Ordered a Geberit wall mounted WC frame and a Bolero flush plate. Both items were despatched quickly and were delivered in 2 days.
Happy that they used DPD who keep you informed about delivery and provide a timeslot and goods were delivered as advised.

Looking for taps to match a bath mixer we were ordering and stumbled across some we liked. Great price and the product looked good, so we ordered....on the Friday.
Monday, they arrived. Chuffed.

The product was everything we hoped for, exactly as shown in the website, will use them again and advise my brother-in-law (plumber) to look there in future.
