A great find
Grew very frustrated with my long standing ufh supplier so decided to try the uf superstore due to the positve reviews and could not fault the level of service and pricing. The delivery service was as good as it gets. Great find.

We have experienced some issues recently with the supplier who delivers this item directly for us. As a result we will be replacing this item on our website with a comparable product from an alternative supplier to avoid any similar situations in future.
As you've ordered from us in the past without any such problems, I hope you will understand that this is an isolated incident and is not the norm in terms of the speed of delivery you can expect from us.

Very disappoint and misleading
They showed a video on what would be in the pack I received and it was missing loads of stuff.
The video should not have been there.
Also the writing was so misleading, that it made me order something that was massively short of what I required.
However they delivered it on time and promptly, with no issues.
So while it may seem harsh to give 1 star, I received an item which was totally short of what was expected.

The product page includes a video which shows the Heatmiser NeoAir thermostat as part of the NeoAir Kit which includes additional items. We can therefore see how this may cause confusion. We have since taken steps to make this clearer on the product page by including some additional information below the video which explains this.
The NeoAir is one of our best selling products and, whilst we have not experienced any similar comments in the past relating to misleading product information for this item, we really appreciate you taking the time to inform us about this so we can make improvements to the information displayed on the website.

All very good but I left instructions for the parcel to be left somewhere near the house, in case we were not in, but the instruction was ignored, as we weren't in and I had to pick it up from local post office.
