TradeXMastery does not pay its affiliates. My account is overdue for payment since October 2025, and I have completed KYC and followed their instructions, but they have not paid me. I messaged their support department but received no response. This company is a scam; please be careful.

Not received payouts in one year and still telling me to reach out to the bullshit support team that doesn’t have the answers

Hi,

This response is exactly the issue.

I have already contacted your support team multiple times over the past year, and each time I am told that the matter will be escalated and that the accounting team will reach out — which never happens.

Asking me to go back to support again is simply repeating the same cycle that has already failed for nearly a year.

To be clear:
- I am still owed $34,250
- I have only received $10,000 out of my expected payout
- I have not received any direct communication from your accounting team despite repeated assurances

At this point, I am not willing to restart the same process again.

I am requesting a clear and public response here with:
1. A specific reason for the delay
2. A confirmed date for payment of the remaining balance
3. Direct contact from someone in accounting or leadership

If this cannot be provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through other channels.

I look forward to a concrete response.

Unpaid since Dec 9th 2025 – 22 business days limit exceeded – Support giving excuses

I am writing this to alert the trading community about the payment delays I am experiencing with Tradexmastery. I requested my payout on December 9th, 2025, and as of today, I have not received my funds.

According to their own Terms and Conditions, the maximum processing time is 22 business days. This period has been vastly exceeded. Every time I open a support ticket, I receive the same response: "Your payment is approved and is currently in the queue."

It is unacceptable for a funding company to hold a trader's earned capital for months without providing a specific date or a real solution. I have been patient, but the lack of transparency is a major red flag.

I will update this review if the payment is ever processed, but until then, I strongly advise staying away from this firm.

Wouldn't trust at all

Do not trust this prop firm. I had a payout accepted in december and got the email to prove it. 2 months later got an email saying i have breached the rules and the declined my payout and closed my account. Reached out to support and raised tickets many times and got nothing back at all!! I spent a lot of money on this account and worked hard to get my account up. I had 7k in that account

TradeXMastery replied to my initial review with a generic response, asking me to log the query... Where? You guys blocked my account for nothing and then want to give responses like its going to earn them a pat on the shoulder for action that will be taken in a different world.... like they have created some miracle new system that resolves queries once the trader is blocked. You guys are scammers there is nothing that can be said or proved otherwise. So take your empathy and give it to the next person who falls for your devious ways. Bottom line is my account was blocked, you cannot log anything with any widget once your account is blocked, its a TradeXMastery system so dont act like url dont know this. There was no reviews done to determine why the account should be blocked and most importantly still no proof emailed to me like yourl said it would when I wrote the inital review which was over a month ago!!!!! Waste!!!!!

Update: My payout has now been pending for over 60 business days.

Despite multiple emails, escalation requests, and public responses asking me to contact support, I continue to receive the same generic replies: “under review” and “no timeframe available.”

I have complied with all requirements, my KYC is approved, and I have previously received payouts. No violations have ever been communicated.

After more than two months, this is no longer a delay — it is a serious lack of transparency and accountability.

I am still waiting for a clear resolution.

First payout 35+ business days payout still pending – no timeframe provided

I requested my first payout of $1852 on February 5, and it has now been over 30 business days. My payout is still marked as “pending”.

I have contacted support multiple times, but I only receive the same generic responses saying that the request is with the accounting team and that there is no specific timeframe.

This is especially concerning since this is my first payout, and no clear update or estimated payout date has been provided.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon, but based on my experience so far, the payout process has been extremely slow and unclear.

Update:

The company responded here asking me to contact support again. However, I have already contacted support multiple times regarding my first payout and only received the same generic responses with no timeframe.

I am still waiting for a clear payout date for my request submitted on February 5.

Honestly

Honestly, I’ve rarely had such a frustrating experience as with TradeXmastery. The company has failed to pay my due affiliate commission for over three months. Contact is almost nonexistent — messages are sent repeatedly, and either there is no response at all, or when they finally reply, it’s always the same story: “the payout has been forwarded for processing.” And that’s it. No details, no exact date, no real explanation.

It honestly feels like a copied-and-pasted excuse meant to buy time and make the problem go away. Three months have passed, and nothing has changed. This level of communication and reliability is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, unacceptable. If you’re considering working with TradeXmastery as an affiliate, I strongly recommend thinking twice — promises are easy, but actually paying commissions seems to be a completely different matter here.

AT FIRST, EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE GOING WELL. I INITIALLY INVESTED €70,000 AND EVERYTHING WORKED SMOOTHLY. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO MAKE TWO WITHDRAWALS, WHICH INCREASED MY TRUST IN THE PLATFORM. BECAUSE OF THIS, I FELT CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO INVEST MORE MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY, I MADE A VERY COSTLY DECISION: I INVESTED MY ENTIRE RETIREMENT SAVINGS, HOPING TO MAKE A BIG PROFIT.

SHORTLY AFTER THAT, EVERYTHING CHANGED. ONE DAY I WAS SUDDENLY LOGGED OUT OF THE PLATFORM. SINCE THEN, I COULD NOT LOG BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I am writing to request an update regarding my payout. I have received several messages over the past few months that, if I haven’t received a response yet, my request is currently under review, and a team member will follow up with me shortly. However, I have still not received the response or payout.

This situation has been ongoing since December, and despite multiple communications, I have not been given any clear updates on when the payment will be completed. As you can appreciate, this has become very frustrating and upsetting.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear update on the status of my payout and confirm when I can expect the payment to be made.

I want Account closed and payout refused after successful trading to share my experience with…


I want to share my experience with TradeXMastery so other traders can be aware.

First, I purchased a $10,000 instant funded account for $199.58. I traded normally and even received my first payout, which confirmed that my trading activity was considered valid by the company.

Later, when I requested my second payout of $914, my account was suddenly closed and I was accused of “copy trading”. No technical evidence or detailed explanation was provided to support this accusation.

In addition to this, I also purchased another account — a $25,000 one-step challenge for $159.60. I successfully completed the challenge, but I was not given the live funded account because the company again accused me of copy trading without providing any clear proof.

I strongly deny these accusations. My trades were placed independently using my own strategy.

I have asked the company to provide clear technical evidence for these claims and to review my accounts, but the situation has not been resolved.

I hope the TradeXMastery team will review this case fairly, provide proper evidence if a violation actually occurred, or resolve the situation by paying the pending payout and granting the funded account that I earned.

Until this issue is resolved, I advise other traders to be cautious and carefully review their policies before purchasing accounts.

Withdrawal pending far beyond stated payout timeframe

I have been trading with TradeXMastery for a while and have purchased multiple accounts with them over time. I have also received two successful payouts previously, which is why the current situation is concerning.

My latest withdrawal request for $2,654 was submitted on 2 December. According to TradeXMastery’s own policy, payouts are processed within 21 business days. This timeframe has now been exceeded by a considerable margin.

I have contacted support several times regarding this. The responses have been polite, however the explanation has remained the same — the withdrawal is currently under review by internal departments such as the risk team and accounting team, and no estimated timeframe for completion has been provided.

At this stage, I am simply requesting transparency and a clear timeline for when this payout will be processed. Having previously received payouts from the firm, I hope this situation can be resolved and that the withdrawal will be honoured without further delay.

I will update this review if the payout is processed.

$10,200 Payout Rejected After 60+ Business Days – Account Closed and No Evidence Provided

I am sharing my experience with TradeXMastery for transparency so other traders can make informed decisions.
I successfully completed a funded account and submitted a payout request on December 12, 2025 for $10,200.80. Support informed me that withdrawals may take up to 30 business days, which I respected and waited for.
The 30th business day was January 27, 2026.
Instead of receiving the payout, my request was rejected after the extended waiting period and several violations were suddenly listed at once:

• Copy trading (26%)
• Shared IP addresses (5)
• HFT / scalping (10%)
• Margin / overleveraging breach

Following this decision, my trading account was marked as breached and blocked, and I was informed that if I wanted to continue trading I would need to purchase another account.
I formally disputed these claims and requested detailed evidence including:

• Trade IDs and timestamp comparisons supporting the copy trading claim
• IP address logs supporting the shared IP claim
• The trades classified as HFT and the duration thresholds used
• The mathematical calculation supporting the alleged margin breach

For transparency about my trading:
• I trade manually and alone from home
• I do not use VPS
• I do not use signal services or copy trading
• My position size was consistently 0.1 lot
• My strategy is manual scalping, which naturally produces a higher number of trades

According to the platform statistics:
• Total trades: 807
• Profit generated: $10,210.80
• Win rate: about 90%
• Average trade duration: about 8 minutes

Because I am a scalper, a higher number of trades per day is expected. However, an 8-minute average trade duration does not match typical high-frequency trading (HFT), which usually involves trades executed and closed within seconds or milliseconds.

Despite requesting detailed evidence, more than five days have passed without any response or supporting documentation, only the original rejection message referencing general terms and conditions.

Additionally, after the payout rejection, my account access was blocked, which prevents me from fully reviewing my own trade history while the allegations remain unsubstantiated.

Rejecting a payout after the waiting period, listing multiple violations simultaneously, closing the trade account, and then asking me to purchase another account without providing verifiable proof raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

I am documenting this case carefully and will update this review with any evidence or response provided by TradeXMastery. If the company can provide clear trade-level logs, timestamp comparisons, IP records, and rule calculations supporting the alleged violations, I am fully willing to review them and update this review for transparency.
At the moment, I am still waiting for a proper response.
