Ordered my 3 doors end august, after the order I received a call to say they doors were in transit across Europe and the arrival time was approx 3 weeks. The sales team kept me fully informed throughout and doors arrived within that time. Great customer service and great quality doors.

Friendly, efficient service and good advice given

The website was easy to navigate and had the exact product I wanted. The order was submitted and an email confirmed my order immediately. The order was put in on a Sunday and the doors arrived on the Friday. They arrived safe and secure and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. No problems with this transaction.

Excellent on-line choice of great quality products, and speedy delivery. Plus staff were incredibly helpful on the phone, advising on their ranges and delivery arrangements. Ordered oak doors and door furniture - now installed and look fantastic.

I appreciate that we are currently going through a difficult period due to COVID, and other commercial factors. However I visited this website to purchase some doors which were clearly labelled “in stock”. I purchased the doors and got confirmation of the order, payment was taken. Then I received a phone call to say the doors where not in stock, and would be a Month - 6 weeks to arrive, and seemed very unsure if they were going to get any. I questioned why they where marked “in stock” when they cleary where not. As a result my order had to be cancelled and I had to go elsewhere to get the doors. I am leaving two stars as they did offer alternatives, none of which suited. My complaint only is with the fact that items should not be labelled in stock if they are not. It’s false advertising to buyers.

Really helpful and sorted out my error making what could have been very stressful all quite simple. Delivery drivers were brilliant and supper helpful. Doors look good and not damaged.

Great service, highly recommended. Before trying trading doors I called other door companies either no phone number on their site or they didn’t answer. However trading doors answered every time and brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Arrived promptly within the specified time window. Haven't removed the wrapping yet but it appears to be well wrapped and in good condition.

What we were supplied, was not what we ordered, no resemblance to the image we selected from the website. There was no indication that this was out of stock.
I appreciated when David phoned me and explained that there was a shortage and that he can supply the standard with a satin chrome cover that will look the same. He also said that if we are not happy, we can return this.
Unfortunately it does not look remotely the same, and I decided to take up on David's offer to return if we were not happy. We returned the goods in the original packaging as received.
In our telephone conversation with Trading Doors to arrange the return, Sam said that he will arrange for this to be picked up. We then received an e-mail to say that the returns was for our cost.
The refund was processed this morning and to my surprise, not only did I pay to return this, the initial postage was not refunded either.
Disappointing service can still be overlooked, but costing us to receive & return based on your failure will leave an impression.

Trading Doors were very helpful when I needed to find a door that was in stock and available for delivery within 3-4 weeks. I have tried a LOT of other companies with no success before ringing Trading Doors (who I found via Trust Pilot). David took time with me on the phone, listened to what I wanted and helped my narrow down my search to a door that could be delivered on time & advised on which hinges, handles etc I needed to buy for that door. The door was delivered on time as expected. Massive thanks to David for his help & patience.
