The door ordered was odd measurement but was able to get it from Trading doors.
Kept informed of delivery
When door arrived it was well packaged and as ordered. Delivery driver carried the door in to garage as requested

Reason for not giving a 5 is due to delay in delivery. ( Waited in all day on day of delivery date but door did not arrive. Had to arrange to be home again for It to be delivered the following day)

Prompt delivery within the time stated. Just what was needed to complete the job in hand

The service off this door company is first class the door was delivered spot on time and packed in such away there could have been no damage caused to the
door in transit.
The door itself is of very high quality.
I would have no hesitations whatsoever recommending this company after my experience with them.

Communication was good about delivery times, and the man who delivered the door was generous and strong. He carried this heavy door into our kitchen where I am now busy painting it. It is a solid good door.

Honest with supply dates, and keeps you well informed

I spent ages looking at doors online, I knew the model I wanted but no one had it in stock. I called 5 other companies asking if they had it in stock. Each phone call I waited ages for them to pick up and then was told 'no, we don't have it'
Then I called Trading Doors.... The agent picked up the call in 2 rings, apologised because he needed to check the stock levels, and promised to call me back in 10mins. He did. The door I wanted was out of stock (supplier issues as per the other companies) but he then suggested a different model, identical but a slightly different finish. He showed me how to view it online and told me I could have the doors a week later and not several weeks later like other companies.
The Doors arrived bang on the time they said they would, in a good condition, and at a good price.
Bravo Trading doors - I can now see why their Trustpilot scores are higher than most door companies.

Excellent service. Called to enquire about an internal door, Dave checked his stock and told me what was available, it was near the end of the day and I asked plenty of questions checking design, size and prices. Dave was patient and gave me all of the information which I needed. I didn’t order straight away, he called me the following day to see if he could offer any further help. I queried delivery times and prices, he assured me that we could have it delivered to Cornwall. Ordered the door, it arrived within a few days as promised. A great example of outstanding customer service! Great product too.

Because of ongoing supply issues we had to spend a considerable time sourcing the type of door we wanted - we found one online but the supplier wasn't Trading Doors and immediately let us down. A second round of sourcing brought us to TD and David spent a long time trying to meet our requirements but initially failed so we continued our search. Unknown to us David kept looking on his own initiative, and eventually found "the door" before calling us back unexpectedly with the good news. This wasn't a big order but merely an internal single door so he wasn't chasing a big sale but was genuinely trying to help. He also followed up the delivery and had the courier be a bit quicker than they might have been later calling us again to make sure all had gone well. The best customer service we've ever from a builders supplier, excellent. (and the product is really good too)

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery.
David was most helpful in helping me place an order and communication was excellent.
Price was very good for the type of door.
I would recommend to use Trading Doors to any one wanting to have a pleasant and hassle free purchase.
