Ordered the X300 Ultra & G2 kit. They package everything really well which is nice. No custom duties, as promised.
Shipping times to NL:
X300 Ultra - shipped with 4PX - ordered 8 April, claimed shipping 10 April, 4PX recieved 11 April, delivered 18 April (total 10 days)
G2 Photo kit - shipped with EMS/China Post/GOFO Netherlands (last-mile) - ordered 14 April, claimed shipping 16 April, China Post recieved 19 April, delivered 24 April (total 10 days)
Time to ship can be improved, but they use quick to deliver partners.
What is a bit unfortunate is that the price of the phone got €70 cheaper in the meantime. But hey, that's the price of being early i guess.

Après quelques recherches et de nombreux avis positifs sur truspilot et autres réseaux.
J'ai commandé un Xiaomi 17 ultra et j'ai était très agréablement surpris de l'efficacité, la qualité et la rapidité.
Après avoir reçu mon paiement j'ai été livré en 6 jours en métropole ce qui est excellent.
Une fois sur le territoire français j'ai été livré par la poste directement en boîte aux lettres.
Colis très bien emballé et livré avec un adaptateur secteur UE
Le téléphone a été livré avec SetEdit (application qui permet d'avoir les applications dans sa langue) et Play Store d'installé.
Très bonne prise en main et aucun soucis depuis.
Aucun problème pour transférer mes données de mon ancien téléphone à mon nouveau.
La 5G fonctionne très bien sur le territoire français (la poste mobile) pour ma part.

First purchase made from tradingshenzhen and I'm not disappointed at all; I recommend them.
At first glance, you might doubt their website because they offer items at very attractive prices.
After some research and numerous positive reviews on Trustpilot and other networks,
I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 17 Ultra and was very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, quality, and speed.
After receiving my payment, I was delivered in 6 days to mainland France, which is excellent.
Once in France, it was delivered by mail directly to my mailbox.
The package was very well packed and included an EU power adapter.
The phone came with SetEdit (an application that allows you to have apps in your language) and the Play Store pre-installed.
It's very easy to use and I haven't had any problems since. I had no issues transferring my data from my old phone to my new one.
5G works perfectly in France (La Poste Mobile) for me.
No complaints about customer service since I haven't had to contact them.

Received xiaomi 17 cover case in original Xiaomi carton packing. Delivery speed is good as promised, quality of case - original. Color was a little brighter than in a picture, I expected to have more dark, but product it self perfect quality and same color pallet as by IPhone))
Best point there is no other offer on the market for original cover case.

Fast delivery from China to Europe.But delivery to Europe with the courier company ExpressOne is simply tragic.In Bulgaria I had to wait 5-6 days for my package to be delivered, it just sat in their warehouse, and then they delivered it to Pet shop on demand...There were no such problems with the previous supplier for Bulgaria, Speedy.If it is possible for Tradingshenzhen to get its previous supplier Speedy back with this courier Express One, the delivery is simply a tragedy.Otherwise the phone is very good.Thank you Tradingshenzhen....

Update: I am changing my rating to 2 stars because TradingShenzhen did eventually issue a partial refund—but only after I posted an initial 1-star review here on Trustpilot to get their attention.
While I'm relieved to have most of my money back, the entire warranty process was a nightmare. I bought a Xiaomi Redmibook in October 2024 and sent it in for repair less than a year later when I detected a battery issue. This issue might have been there the whole time, but I was initially so happy with the device that I never really checked if everything worked 100%. After contacting support, they asked me to send it in for repair. The laptop then spent six entire months lost in their warranty system. They completely ignored my emails for weeks until I wrote a public review on Trustpilot.
After the review went live, they offered a refund within hours. I agreed, happy to finally find a way out of this 6-month misery. However, they didn't issue the refund to my original payment method. Instead, they sent it as a new commercial transfer via PayPal. Because of this choice—which btw. violates Section 5.6 of their own Terms of Service—PayPal deducted a 60€ fee on my end. I’m just taking the 60€ loss at this point so I never have to deal with them again.
The final straw was how their support agent, Chang, handled it. Instead of just apologizing for the 6-month delay and the wrong refund method, he was highly patronizing. He tried to rewrite history, stating, "You bought this device 2 years ago"—conveniently ignoring that they literally had the laptop in their possession for six of those months, I factually used it for less than a year, and it could have been faulty the whole time.
In this context he told me I was getting a "favorable deal" and let's say incentivised me to change my rating by writing to me:
"I hope you will reflect this in your review. While we do not expect a one‑star rating or removal, we appreciate customers sharing their positive experience once the problem is resolved. Negative reviews often remain unchanged and do not accurately represent the outcome."
When I pointed out the 60€ loss that their chosen refund method caused me, he doubled down with this response:
"Sorry, but you are out of pocket by 60€? You bought this device 2 years ago, the worth of this device is 500€ out of the pocket right now and we would have the choice to buy a new one, which would be 500€ cheaper, as it is 2 years old or refund you your money and sadly, we have payed this 60€ 2 years ago, which we don't get back. If you are not satisfied, you can send it back and we will buy you a new Redmibook Pro 16 with Ultra 7 and 32GB/1024Gb, should be still on the market, I just wanted to make it easy for you."
He wanted me to frame this partial refund as a "positive experience" just to protect their rating. While it is factually true that getting cash back for an older device is financially better than getting a depreciated laptop back (mind you the laptop depreciation also happened during the 6 months that they had it!), he weaponized this depreciation to gaslight me. He framed the refund as a generous "favor" to make me feel guilty. He completely ignored the legal and ethical reality: a refund isn't a favor. It is the bare minimum legal obligation when a company fails a warranty repair, loses a customer's property, and leaves them hanging for half a year.
I am leaving 2 stars because I technically got most of my money back, which is better than a total loss. However, looking at it factually: I bought a potentially faulty device that I used for less than a year, and then had to suffer through 6 months of warranty delays, tracking problems, and rude emails.
If you are thinking of buying from them, be warned: if your device breaks or is faulty and you have to use their warranty, there is a real chance you'll face half a year of waiting, ghosted emails, only partial refunds, and support agents who talk down to you. It seems to massively help to write reviews or contact them on social media, though.

I ordered a Vivo X300 Ultra. Order no QNRWBJRZR. They claim that smartphones are new, but I get a used smartphone and fingered. Someone use phone, took a photos, had fun. Smartphone wąs configured, installed some apps like Facebook etc.
I ordered Vivo 8.04.2026, in the Vivo electronic guarantee is written that smartphone was firstly used by someone 6.04.2026. The best is: it was packed in foil, it looked like originally packed by the manufacturer but inside there was a used smartphone. They unpacked smartphone, than packed again in their own foil to look like a brand new smartphone.
First I did it was factory reset. Don’t want use 300 Ultra after someone used it.
Do not recommend this company. Wrote warning at Vivo FB 6k members group. I consider chargeback in my bank.
Edit : it’s not true it’s hard to China seller which send a brand new devices. For example W.M. do it.
After I publish this review TradingShenzen blocked my account - they don’t like a negative reviews. Don’t worry, I won’t never make purchase in TS.
So 1 star is rating of 1 is appropriate to this situation. Additionally I warned about TS in 10k Vivo FB PL group.
