I am a business professional and I have been without my primary €553,00 device (Order Nr: MMSYAHCWL) for 50 days total. The lack of transparency and the structural inability to reach the company is staggering.
The "Communication Wall":
There is no way to contact TradingShenzhen headquarters directly. Every email sent from Europe is automatically redirected to a local service hub in Germany. This hub claims they have "no information" once a device is sent to China, creating a total communication blackout for the customer.
The Breach of Contract:
My official RMA document explicitly stated "CREDIT" as the resolution. Based on this legal document, I returned the full retail package (original box and all accessories) to the German Hub on Feb 26th. Once they received it, I was told that "Credit" was a "mistranslation" and my device was sent to China for repair without my consent.
The Logistics Black Hole:
Since March 5th, the status is "Forwarding to China." It has been 42 days. I have no tracking number, no device, and no refund. Support is ignoring my professional requests, hiding behind the excuse that they only hear back when a repair is finished.
My Demands:
I am no longer waiting for a "repair" that may take months. Since the 21-day international transit window has doubled with zero updates, I demand one of the following immediately:
- The Credit Note as originally promised in the RMA document.
- A Brand New Replacement unit shipped from your EU stock today.
TradingShenzhen, stop hiding behind your local hubs. Take responsibility for your logistics and your official documents.

It is disappointing that I have to repeat information already provided, but here it is again.
To clarify once more: I am NOT waiting for a 1-3 month 'repair'. My Official RMA Document explicitly specified 'CREDIT' as the resolution. I followed your instructions and returned the full retail package (original box/accessories), a requirement that only applies to Credit or Replacement.
Since you admit that 42 days in 'forwarding' is unacceptable, I expect you to honor your own documentation and issue the Store Credit immediately. Let's stop the excuses and the 'slow communication' talk and resolve this today.
UPDATE 19/04: Support from HQ (Chang) contacted me and is looking for a replacement unit. Waiting for confirmation if it’s a new unit from EU stock. Will update again once a solution is provided.
UPDATE 21/04: TradingShenzhen is now trying to silence me by reporting this review as 'belonging to another business' to Trustpilot. This is a deceptive tactic.
To be absolutely clear for the Trustpilot moderators: My Order ID is MMSYAHCWL and the total amount was €553.00 (as seen in my official account on TradingShenzhen.com).
Instead of providing the CREDIT promised in my RMA or replying to my emails (it's been 2 days of silence from HQ), the company is actively trying to delete my legitimate complaint.
I have all the screenshots and invoices to prove this transaction. I will not be silenced.

I give it 5 stars. It arrived in 13 days and the price was very reasonable. I bought an Honor Win; if it were available in Germany, it might have been 400 euros more. I will definitely order again.

From how good the Customer Support is to how amazing the phone Vivo x300 pro is (and how much less expensive I got it on this website comparing to every other website) to how they explain so thoroughly how to change the system from Chinese to English. I'm blown away by this website and will continue ordering from here. And the phone is awesome, such good camera quality, a typical android which I'm accustomed to, I'm really happy with my purchase!

We know this because Tradingshenzhen indicates they open the plastic packaging and boxes to configure smartphones shipped to Europe or other parts of the world. It turns out the smartphone I ordered has an internal part that makes noise when you pick up the phone, and even when shaking it very gently, you can clearly hear a part moving and therefore "unglued" (I don't know what term to use), emitting a "jazzing" sound like an old radio, a sort of "pppcchhhhchhhh" sound, all in standby mode when not in use! What a disappointment!
The package I received was relatively well protected with bubble wrap upon bubble wrap and other protective layers, so it can't have been during shipping that the device was damaged or subjected to a strong impact that would dislodge an internal part and cause a faint but audible radio-like jamming sound, only in standby mode when not in use !!! The conclusion is simple and implies two possibilities:
EITHER a manufacturing defect, but at this level, defective devices aren't sold ! So it is hard to believe that's the case. //
OR, while opening and handling the phone to configure it, the person dropped it or something but something happened, very clearly the phone suffered an impact, a blow, that is for sure.
I favor this explanation it's the most likely.
Over 900 euros for a damaged, defective phone from Tradingshenzhen—this is the first and last time— it is simply outrageous.

The Chinese version, which supports English and Dutch, is really a Chinese phone. Even if you do choose Dutch, you are still stuck with a lot of Chinese system apps. Worse yet: you cannot change the default launcher, so you always have to deal with Chinese options. The webshop refuses to honour EU Consumer protection law, such as the right to return without any reason. If should have researched much better before deciding to buy at this webshop. Beware!

I was a bit nervous about ordering a phone from so far away for the first time, but everything turned out amazing. It arrived incredibly fast, a few days earlier than the minimum estimate! The phone itself is great, and the price was unbeatable.
As of right now, I’m really happy with this shop. If I need another phone in the future, there's a 99% chance I’ll buy from them again. I hope I won't need any after sales service, but if I do, it’ll be interesting to see how the company handles it. Highly recommended!

Xiaomi 17 pro max is an excellent phone and the delivery was very quick. I have uninstalled as many as I can of the Chinese apps that were installed as it's a Chinese ROM and comes loaded with lots of Chinese apps. Only 2 languages Chinese and English.

Product is good but the battery life is less than 6 hours and battery drops to 20% for an Oneplus 15.
Battery life is disappointing but the phone is smooth and good.

Very poor service on a return including many replies to me in German,not English.
As of this morning after back and forth emails since March 22 and a promise the return would be authorized by before Easter April 2 they have not done it.
The person yini b who is a return rep now claims no record of my return request!

It came to EU in just about 10 days just in time for a present for my friend! I got mine in white and are super satisfied - I mainly use English and adjustments are easy - used Mi Mover to transfer my apps & files from my old device. The battery, processor and camera are incredible for EUR 327 - highly recommended!

internet website is really clear with explaination for european buyer; received numerous mail at each state of the status of the order; the phone was prepared for european use.
A little deception is that YOYO (the chinese ia) undestand only mandarin language and you can't change it.

I live in Portugal, and I bought a Vivo X300 Pro. It took about 10 business days to arrive at my mother´s house in Setúbal, and I couldn't be happier with this store. Even considering that they don´t send orders to the portuguese islands (where i live...), i´m very happy with the service! Their store assistant is automated (GPT), but it answers the most essential questions. I didn't understand why only one shipping method appeared for my order, but as I said, it arrived perfectly within the deadline.
