Hesitate but took a chance
Was hesitate to make order since reviews were not been so positive. However decided to take a chance since the reviews were not so recent. Ordered kettlebells in the 07 Oct and they were delivered 09 Oct. Was pleasantly surprised on the quick delivery and the price was very competitive

Not recommend at all
Not recommend at all. Pretty bad service and feels like I've been scammed. I've been waiting for a package since 9 of October, I had sent three emails complaining that I didn't received the package yet, and the only reply that I get is that the package still didn't arrived to their facilities and that I need to wait a "couple of weeks". No professionalism involved on the company and feels like the company doesn't care about their customers satisfaction.

NO SERVICE!
Delays.... Every time I wrote their customer service, I got the information that I would have my order shipped as soon as they got it back on stock. This is despite their website showing 77 units on stock.
ORDER: 1158201
2 months into waiting, I write them again and this time I am told that they checked with the supplier, but can't get the items.
So I've waited for 2 months while being lied to about an incoming shipment only to end up with nothing.
As goodwill they wanted to give me free shipping on my next order which is laughable...
It's the most amateur company that I've ever had the displeasure of being in contact with.
Don't look at the few 5 star reviews on this site. Their service is worth a flat 0... It's impossible to reach them on the phone and you should NOT expect to get anything besides disappointment.
Please do yourself the service of staying far away from this company.

So far over 14 days shipping... Trying to cancel order.
I ordered a training bench on the 14th using Elgiganten.dk
It's now over 14 days later. I have not received the package yet. All they are saying that I have to wait for the package to arrive before I can ask for a refund. Support is sending standard responses.
At this point I no longer want to deal with them and just want my money back. Over 14 days is way to long to wait for anything shipped from Norway, Sweden or where ever they have their warehouse.

I ordered several items from Traeningsmaskiner.com. Delivery was fast and all items were delivered. Unfortunately one item was damaged, not due Traeningsmaskiner, but due original supplier. Company answered quickly to claim and gave options either to refund or replace item. We ended to replacement and company started delivery process without delay.

Thanks for your feedback. It is important to us and helps us to develop.
We have historically always had a delivery accuracy (keep the promised delivery time) of just over 98%.
But the year 2020 with Corona has made the delivery part much more difficult to control.
The demand for products has never been so great, which has meant that there has been a shortage of goods throughout the year. We have a number of people in the office who spend almost all of their time looking for available goods and booking them for our customers, reconciling deliveries, looking for alternative goods for customers, etc.
Promised deliveries to us have also not arrived when they should and have been in the volumes that have been promised.
There have been outbreaks of disease among our freight forwarders, among other things, which has meant that trucks and vans have not been able to keep up with the frequency they need.
All of these are just reasons why it is the way it is right now and we are disappointed not to have been able to make you happy.
The situation during the year has made the work for our customer service very stressful for a long period. They have done everything to give quick answers but have rarely been able to give a good answer without uncertainty involved.
We are of course far from alone in this, which has affected large parts of society, but look forward to a much better 2021.

What I ordered never came. Wrote them and they said it was delayed by two weeks. Then I wrote again after that time and then it was suddently delayed 2 months more... very frustrating when you need the item you ordered FAST and you dont order from somewhere else when you think you're receiving it soon

bad customer service, dont buy items from this website , initially while ordering they will tell the items will delivered on specific date and on that date mentioned they wont send you the items and wont even notify you the reason why they didnt send, i have called them and they told that items are not available in stock and will send you once its available , customer service is too bad, i have been waiting for last two months and still asked to wait till the stock is available after the mentioned date. they dont even have minimum courtesy to let the customer know that the items are not available on the mentioned date.
