Terrible service. Ordered from their website and paid, understood it could take between 2 and 10 working days to arrive, but after 16 days in total discover they don't even have the stock. This was after trying to speak on the phone but no answer, leaving voice mail, to finally they reply to my email. .. not impressed.

I bought my exercise bike Hammer Cardio T2
from your company and it was delivered broken and i have no idea when you will send the broken part to me SINCE IT WAS MADE IN CHINA. So i am looking at a bike i can not use which makes me angry every time i look at it. I hope to get the broken part by the end of the week. I also hope the bike will last at least for a year but I don't think so since the plastic tension control is made from such thin cheap plastic and that's what's already broken. I AM A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I expect that what your selling will be decent quality that is why I gave a 2 star.

Too long delivery time. Place an ordered since 5th jan and until 20th jan, no sign of delivery. Impolite customer service. I have cancel an order when they say it will take a a week or more to deliver after the 20th. Cant wait that long.
