I had a mixed experience with Trafft. On one hand, the software itself is powerful. Once you get past the initial learning curve, it offers a solid scheduling system with a lot of flexibility.

However, when you sign up, you are automatically placed into a trial of the paid version (I did not realize - I wanted to try out the free version). It is very easy to unknowingly use premium features because they are not marked at all as such.

This becomes a serious issue once the trial ends. In my case, I spent hours carefully configuring the system, only to find that key parts of what I had built stopped working because they relied on paid features. At that point, the “5 features” included in the free plan felt meaningless.

If the limitations of the free version had been transparent from the beginning, I would not have invested my time.

I have been using Trafft since 2023. Honestly I struggled to get it up and running and barely managed to get it out to my customers. This was primarily due to the Ontology of the design between Customers, Services and Employees. This is not how other platforms like Calendly or Luma are setup. Once I got the grip of it, I am able to get it up and running in minutes, every conference season.

The feature requests were honored quick and I truly appreciate that. Responsive support team. There are elements that shall be configuration driven, like meeting costs/payments. My conferences are not priced. I do not have a way to completely disable, rather make it $0. Similarly, I do not need to ask for reviews here in the platform. I just did not find time to submit feature requests..

With the AI pair programming, I expect a UO overhaul and a much more robust UX. Net and net, there’s scope for it to conquer the market, but only with UI/UX overhaul.

trafft is a scheduling software however not a very good one. Assistance if any, with set very limited and on there time and availability. Created issue with the build out of new site because of lack of communication. depends solely on chat Bots to answer your questions. There is a good deal of Programing issues that i was told could not be altered. I payed for a year in advance and used it a month and cancelled service. I would never recommend this company

I’m using Trafft with an agency account to manage multiple client installations, and it’s been outstanding. The dashboard gives me a clear overview of everything, and the support team responds quickly whenever needed. Integrations with Google Calendar and Outlook work flawlessly, and the system is flexible enough to meet different client requirements.

A major plus for me: Trafft is a European product — this was a decisive factor regarding trust and data protection. Highly satisfied!

In last years i did use/change more appointments softweres/programs for my website, because each has different custom.
But i found they have few features i need and more that i don't need in the packages. So, i have to buy and pay a lot of money for different full packages/upgrades with lot of things i don't need instead to buy just the custom features i need.
But with Trafft i found the best options for best price. You can customize most of the things without to buy the most expensive package.

I’ve been using Trafft for several weeks. The idea is good and it covers the basics, but in daily use it still feels rough.

The mobile calendar is the biggest pain point – it’s not compact, and it’s impossible to get a quick overview of the day or week without endless scrolling. For anyone running multiple appointments, that makes the system inefficient.

Another issue is the inability to show service descriptions directly on booking cards. Every time something like this is brought up, the response is the same: “it would require a complete redesign.” That line has become their default answer to nearly any usability feedback, which says a lot about where the product focus is.

It really feels like the roadmap is driven by developers with a product-centric mindset rather than product managers who look at it from a user’s perspective. The priorities seem based on what’s easiest to implement, not what actually improves everyday workflows.

Trafft is fantastic at what it already does. New features are being added, even if development is a bit slow. I bought it at the very beginning because the Events feature was promised, but it’s still not there. That’s my only complaint. Even so, it’s still five stars, because for what Trafft does now, it’s excellent. I use it for private tours and love it. It takes a little while to get used to the settings, but once you understand the structure, it’s easy, fun to use, and incredibly useful.

Sure you can manage multiple locations, but not unless you are happy to book out all locations for the time period when one staff member is booked. Same applies for rooms (or resources as they call it)
Also, almost all other capabilities advertised are deemed a 'feature' which you have to pay extra for.
Users cannot check out with more than one booking at time.
Styling control is severely limited.
You have to configure 8 different sections to get one session even to appear as available. The complexity is just 'disconnected chaos' and not intuitive at all.
The 'help/support' is just - "Ask for this as a feature' (And no exaggeration, 2 years later - not addressed)

Trafft is hands-down the best appointment scheduling software I've used! The platform is incredibly intuitive, with a clean and modern admin interface that's a breeze to navigate, Setup was super easy and took around an hour including website and it looks fantastic,was able to match colours (using hex codes) to my main websites

The tech support is phenomenal! They're responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly. I had a question about integrating with Zoom, and their team walked me through it with patience and clarity. The AI chatbot is a game-changer—it actually works, handling customer inquiries smoothly and saving me tons of time. Unlike other tools I've tried, Trafft's chatbot feels smart and reliable, making customer interactions effortless.

It is both flexible and intuitive. From group bookings to automated email and SMS reminders, it has everything I need to streamline my scheduling process. The customization options are top-notch, allowing me to tailor the booking experience to my brand, including multilingual support (I have 6 languages in operation now) for my international clients. I also love how they regularly roll out updates and new features, and they truly do listen to user feedback.

Compared to alternatives like Calendly or Zoom.ai, Trafft stands out with its robust functionality at a better value.

Integration is very good, I have it hooked up to N8N for AI automation and a solid connection to Google Meet and Calendar

Customer fedback is unique, I have absolutely no control over what the customer writes all I can do is accept it or not accept it, the customer has to uplaod themself . This means that waht you see is GENUINE feedback

If you're looking for a scheduling solution that's easy to use, visually appealing, and backed by stellar support, Trafft is the way to go. I can't recommend it enough—5 stars all the way!

Trafft's platform is intuitive and feature rich, many alternative scheduling solutions charge more and offer much less.

The support team is amazing; every email feels like it's being handled with care - rather than put into a simple AI-led ticketing system. They're always there to go above and beyond, when I've needed helping with transferring licenses / using products.

They make their start-up factor one of their biggest strengths, by engaging with their users on which features are most wanted via their Roadmap site (which we're able to contribute and vote on features).

No other platform would offer: a booking site with sign in features, email and SMS communication, giftcards, coupons, integrations, employee management / commission management.

I recently moved from another platform to Trafft as I run a multilanguage business and Trafft seemed to be a great alternative to improve some of the challenges I had with the other one.
I'm very pleased with the overall. It offers a huge level of customisation, where I can set my agenda with my domain, set notifications to be sent from my account and a very user friendly and quick way to translate every content which is what I was looking for. The UI displays beautifully and the custom options available allow me to manage my services very smoothly.
Had an issue with an HTML iFrame code and the team was amazing providing me support and helping me out resolving it.

I think this is the most customizable scheduling platform I've ever used. Even though Im not entirely using this platform as it was designed - the fact I was able to adopt it to my needs is a testament to its genius. Too many checkmarks to list - some of them are zappier, Google Cal, and full label customization. Amzing, thank you! A little context: I run a media company with a few photographers that covers multiple locations at different price points. It addresses all my needs,

I am so thrilled to deploy trafft in my agency after I've tested most of the features in it, this is the first time I see all in on booking system with features I've neve thougt it could be done using Trafft, and the best part that made choose this excellent software it has a great team behind it with great support.

I can't mention all the feature but I love the marketpalce with search and filters feature and also Ican select a theme and customize as I want with CSS in the frontend.

and not to mention adding Arabic language for the frontend and the coming localizatin for the backend, and not to forget the latest feature which the commisson module that can be applied for each booking (this is a also a win win and game changer).

Trafft has been everything I expected and more. from features to the support team have been able to assist me and provide comprehensive documentation.

If youre in the market for a booking platform i would suggest giving them a try.

I love the Free plan option it's always applicable for personal use and small businesses. the support was also very handy and got work done effeiciently.

Really loving Trafft scheduling software for my salon. Integrates with, which was something I always found lacking in other softwares that were closed off. With Trafft, I can do so much more. Highly recommend!
