Trafft has their trip together. The company regularly updates and expands their offer. Support answers questions via chat or email - quite a luxury these days. Their responses function.
Four stars because it took me some time to understand the internal logic of the app: which options are where.
It is mainly meant for companies who have employees, but as a solopreneur I have found my way.

I've been exclusively using trafft for well over a year now. I can't imagine using anything else. I thought it was going to be overcomplicated for my solo coaching business. But the flexibility is actually a gift! I use it for discovery calls, sales calls, podcast bookings, and more.
Their more recent updates have completely solved any old limitations I was concerned about. 5 Stars all the way! SO happy I found them when I did.

Literally useless without any of the integrations you have to pay for. Started my account, saw that I can't do anything without features I have to upgrade to use. It's not worth it to even bother starting if you aren't intending to pay for it.

I’m writing this review after more than a year of using Trafft.
It has a great interface and plenty of integrations.
However, unfortunately, I’ve written numerous emails to the team, and while they kept apologizing, the most serious issues were never resolved.

At several times throughout the day, we find the calendar unusable. It won’t load. We contact support, but they respond whenever they can, usually within 24 business hours. In the meantime, if you rely on booked phone calls to work and earn, you’re completely stuck.

For every person who contacts you to let you know there’s an issue, there are at least 5-10 others who won’t notify you… and they just won’t book anymore.
Do you understand how serious this is? Especially when you’re investing money in ads to drive traffic to your call booking page?

I have tried over 30 schedulers in the past two years , some good, some bad.

This is the best. Here are the things I love:

- first time anyone has complimented me on the booking process! multiple clients (both old and new) have remarked how seamless and impressive the experience was

- allows for recurring session scheduling and package (eg. 6 sessions over my 90 day forward-booking limit)

- allows for hyper targeted/customisable notifications and follow-up emails

- allows for client self-serve with rescheduling etc

-allows for payments and coupons etc

- single person and group booking

- post booking url redirect tailored to each offer or service you provide

-flexible settings per service including buffer time

- look and feel in general clean and intuitive

- text and email and Whatsapp notifications

-excellent customer support with decent existing help documentation

- viewable roadmap and they are rolling out new features fast

Only thing I don't like, at the moment, is I can't limit the number of bookings per day or week. But! It is on the list and in the mean time I am using massive buffer times to help me stay sane. I've no doubt once this feature is activated it will be perfect software.

Trafft is a truly excellent appointment booking app. I have tested many booking apps over the years, and other than Calendly which is the industry leader, Trafft is the best one I have come across for my particular needs. For a bit of context, I run a small law firm and thanks to Trafft’s team features I was able to enable my website visitors (my potential clients) to book and pay for lawyer appointments directly through my site. Visitors can book appointments with anyone of the senior lawyers in my team, and me as the managing partner am able to manage those appointments through a centralized admin dashboard. Our clients receive confirmation and reminder emails and SMSs worldwide. My lawyers’ individual calendars are synced with Trafft’s company-wide calendar in real-time. This is not easy to attain. As I said, I have tested many appointment booking apps and only a handful have deep team functionalities. The list of integrations with third-party apps that Trafft is rolling out is also impressive. I highly recommend Trafft to any consultant and particularly to companies handling appointments with multiple employees. You will not be disappointed.

If you are looking at booking apps and you have not grabbed Trafft yet, all I can say is you’ll be sorry if you don’t!

I have been using a well known booking app for a couple of years but they simply did not want to do coupon codes. It also got rather messy in dealing with my monthly series and having to organize a load of workflow emails to have that covered. I wanted out! In comes Trafft to the rescue! I can use their pre-written emails, I can customize them and I can make my own!

I am amazed at the extensive set up that they have to cover everything and the relative ease at setting it up. It took me a little bit more than 5 minutes only because I have numerous custom emails that I need to send for my various offerings. Even with not being tech savvy, Trafft made it easy.

I now have a beautiful booking page with all my offering each with graphics and description. I am ready for clients to book their service and receive all the notifications they need concerning their appointment and more. As for my services - I offer 2 types of individual sessions and 3 types of packages that have recurring sessions each. I look forward to adding my recurring events to the mix soon, especially since I will not have to figure out when the emails have to go out by counting the days from the first session, like I had to with the other company that doesn’t do recurring events.

If they have me covered, they’ll likely have you as well.

Another great Trafft benefit is a clearly arranged dashboard that helps me keep track of all my details from appointments, clients, employees, to other important items such as money intake!

Lastly, the Trafft support has been stellar. They have patiently walked through minor issues I was having because of the re-orientation to a new set up and to help me navigate a work around on the calendar syncing.

App does exactly what i need and the customer response to problems were handled efficiently

Trafft is like having someone taking care of the always-the-same mail-work around the booking process.
It is easy to set up, great to adapt to own style, looking stylish and fresh - and the support is stellar!

This app made managing my tutoring program so much easier. I used to spend almost 2-3 hours a day on matching schedules and now I save all of that time.

What's not to like. Online bookings, payments connected. I can manage my employees and save time to focus on things I really like.
