The trailer valet arrived quickly and…
The trailer valet arrived quickly and was easy to install. I mounted it on a boat trailer at the front next to the hitch and initially the wheels were spinning in the gravel and not getting adequate traction. I moved the valet back a bit so more weight was on the valet and now it works great. Make sure to mount it where it has an adequate amount of weight on it.

Worked once, warranty claim not available
The trailer valet 5x worked once to get by boat parked. The second time I used it the tube sprung a leak which resulted in the boat half parked/half exposed. I contacted customer service to initiate a warranty claim and they said they couldn't do anything for me because they didn't have a tube in stock and no way to keep track that I needed one so I couldn't file a claim. I was given 3 options:
1. Go purchase one from etrailer.com at my expense
2. Check back again next month
3. Return the product

Customer service...
Customer service.... is comparable to kicking your bed frame with your pinkie toe. Its about that painful. I purchased this product only to have one of the tubes bust on initial use. As you can imagine the other one burst because of the added pressure. Trailer tongue weight roughly 250lbs. I get it might have been a defect but asking for them to honor the failure and get me 2 tubes sent next day was 30 minutes of my life i wont get back. They don't care about clients or truly resolving an issue. As usual just another company that does not value client relations. I wouldn't buy based on the interaction and experience from their customer service.

I have had my Valet trailer for threes…
I have had my Valet trailer for threes years it’s great. I’m not the best at backing in my 26 ft trailer into my 10 ft wide driveway. With the Valet no problem. Only problem so far was a flat tire on one of the Valet. Did it my self with the help of YouTube video.

The Trailer Valet didn’t work for me.
The trailer valet didn’t work for me at all. It wouldn’t even move my boat and trailer. I was so excited to get my trailer valet and it was extremely disappointing when it didn’t do, what it had been touted to do. I’ve read the instructions completely many times but for some reason, it won’t handle my boat and trailer as expected. So now, I have to look for a much better alternative. I wasted $840.

Saved me!
A neighbor introduced me to this because I have 28 foot bumper pull travel trailer that fits very VERY tight on the side of my house. There are also internet and phone boxes that add to the mess. One time using it, I was sold, and bought mine. Package received... so happy. I can push my trailer (6,300 lbs) With EASE! When I bought my trailer, I was under the impression I’d actually have to pay a place to let me store my trailer there. I was so upset that I started looking for a new house. But then the trailer valet came along... bodda bing bodda boom! The drill attachment is pretty cool and works very well. Just be careful when steering (haha). Worth the money!!! Do it!!! In doubt?.... stop thinking and get it.
