This would be a full 5 stars but……
This would be a full 5 stars if it weren’t for a little but extreme nuisance issue with the timers. For those that have high intensity timed exercises such as a cardio session(s) where the client or trainer are to accomplish a timed walk, jog, then sprint and repeat it would be nice to have the timer automatically count down for each session, i.e., 2 minutes countdown for walk at 10 seconds remaining maybe a voice “10 seconds remaining” with countdown from 3 seconds then 2 minutes jog with the same countdowns as above ending in the sprint/run. The times could be set by the personal trainer but on the backend the system could incorporate the countdowns. So if the trainer wanted a 5 minute walk to jog to sprint. As for a cardio session it would be great if the system were “intelligent enough to do a running count of distance. Currently the end user(s) have to do quick math to have an “accurate” distance. If the user inputs the shown distance from the machine at the end of a cardio session it shows the person could be as fast as a 2 minute mile.

I like Trainerize but it’s really hard to navigate When you’re just starting out. And it’s not geared towards professional baseball and it’s hard to integrate videos when it’s limited to one minute. I would like to be more in depth. I’d like to work with somebody to see if we can make it more baseball professional coach centric.

Improvements: Ability to perform same tasks on app and on computer.
Need ability to manage clients meals on the web browser. Also would be great to be able to send clients specific meal suggestions from the meals library without having to create a whole meal plan.
Great for any size business..
Overall I love the app and how easy it is to program for my clients. There are little nuances here and there that would make it better but it seems like they are always working on upgrading it. It worked well for me from when I only had a few clients and continues to be easy to manages dozens of clients as well
great app and my clients love it
Ooooh the endorphins!!
Incase no one ever mentions it. the dopamine hit I get from the apps notification system when a purchase is made is just lush. ‘New purchase’! Makes my day no matter how big or small it is. In a world full of negative notifications it’s amazing to get good ones and they’re appreciated!

I’ve been using Trainerize for years and it’s fantastic. It makes it so easy for my clients to contact me and keep track of their workouts, progress, habits, meals, and more. The app is straightforward and user-friendly, which helps me stay connected with my clients and support them effectively. It definitely exceeds my expectations as the years go by with all its new features they continue to add. I highly recommend Trainerize to any fitness professional.
