If I could directly upload vertical…
If I could directly upload vertical format videos to Trainerize without first having to upload them to YouTube, I would give you a five star rating. I literally have thousands of vertical format videos that have to go through the time consuming process of uploading to YouTube.

Unprofessional trainer
Hired trainer for weight loss / toning. The trainer told me she could help me. Upon receiving her program I requested a refund within a few days. Her technique and ability was like a beginner. Trainer should not offer training, had to dispute with my bank. She sent profile pics into my bank when filing the dispute. I called Trainerize, but never received a response. How unprofessional?

Its imposible open website to cancel suscription. The Computer send you always to te App Page and there is not Billing and is not possible cancel suscription.

Trainerize has it all!
I've been using Trainerize for about 10 years now, and it has everything I'm looking for as a coach for my clients. I love the nutrition aspect as well as the training aspect, and everything else we can do with it to make passive income. Its an all-in-one platform that has set the bar. There are some things I would like to see added or changed, but overall I love Trainerize.

DONT BUY IT
Worst services i have ever seen. I was told the custom branded app takes 8-12 weeks but i have been battling with this for 6 months with nothing. The customer service is also poor with response, they dont reply in 3-4 days at times. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Very iffy - a pain for trainers and clients
We're clients of a brilliant trainer who has put a lot of effort into making videos etc for the app, but around half of the weekend sessions he posts for us don't arrive and we have to pester him on Saturdays. Am sure he'd ditch the app if it wasn't for all the work he put into creating it.

GLITCHES & BAD SUPPORT!
I am getting glitches all the time when creating plans for my clients. I need to save time but trainerize is doing the opposite!
The videos they have are not loading and I have no idea what is in them, even after using an incognito window.
My clients are unable to use the timer even though I set it up for them! So they complain to me!
When I setup the workout, it reset from time to time and I have to set it up AGAIN.
The support is not online in my time zone, and now I have to wait for them to come and solve it for me while my clients are waiting for the program!
I would not write a bad review as I know these things happened, but I hate when there is nobody to help.

This app freezes all the time - AVOID
This app freezes all the time, and changes clients data information with other clients so you never see the true information of each individual client.
I moved to a different app and cancelled my extra 'client" payment and have just noticed they have still been charging me for months even though it says on my profile that i have their 'free' service!

The Android app is very poor and full of bugs.
There's a some of the app that's good but the weak integration list is frustrating, No Google fit, Oura ring, or Lifesum connections are possible despite numerous threads and requests dating over a year old on their forums. Weird bugs like entering calories for meals in-app puts the numbers backwards, ability to input I slept for 4 days straight by mistake, and the inability to delete or edit random data is all there. It feels like they are either severely understaffed or poorly managed to have simple things like text fields working incorrectly.
I want to like and use this app, but there's so much wrong with it and the comms from the business are so absent that I feel my time is better spent getting my gym to look into other services!
