An excellent, informative training that opens a door to different employment pathways.

The learning mode and pace was great. The information included was straight to the point and very easy to understand.

This was a great course and I learned so much in the time it took to complete the lessons. This is also knowledge you should know even in the house kitchen.

My experience was so great for it is my first time to do the examination online and I passed the exam. Upon reviewing the 10 modules it is very easy to understand and very clear, after reviewing there’s a practice exam and after that the real examination.Thank you for the great experience.

I thought this company did a great job. It was concise laid out and easily understandable.
There was one question that I did get wrong.And shouldn't have lol
The question was whether hair nets were mandatory in the kitchen.
I answered no. Because in the video it said hair nets, ball caps Or kercheifs were acceptable.
Therefore, the hair nets weren't mandatory as long as something was covering your hair...
Had I not got that answer wrong?
I would have scored ninety eight percent on my test first Try

My learning experience on the platform was enjoyable and the outcome was a productive one.

The experience was great, quick and easy. Explained well and how to cook at temperatures, thaw and where to store foods, meats and alot of other foods. Cleaning spaces after use was really helpfull to me. Learned alot in the food and safty training.

The course system was easy to navigate and complete. The modules were short yet informative. The interactive graphics were especially helpful for memorization and studying. The only issue I ran into was that the system didn’t always save my progress, which made it harder to keep track of where I left off.

I got the certificate with this a good company.

This course allowed me the flexibility to start and finish on my own time. It is government approved and easy to follow. The modules are interactive. There’s videos and reviews at the end of each module. What I liked the best was when I finished it and I had got my score which was a 96%. I was able to follow up with a live agent to find out what error I had made. The agent was very helpful informative great customer service. I also liked that as this was a recertification for me that in advance of the expiry of my first certification they sent me an email advising me that I was due to renew. As I said great customer service, easy to follow modules, and help to make sure you’re successful.

The course was easy to follow. The examples stuck with you.

Was informative and kept you engaged. Not as tedious as some online certifications can be.

I liked that I could complete it online at my own pace. The material was practical and relevant, and the exam process was straightforward.
