I was able to learn at my own pace without any stress. It was very theoretical for me and inculcated real life experience in the program. The pre-final questions helped me get insight on how the final exams was going to be. The company made it possible for everyone to apply for the program irrespective of your background and qualifications.

The IT was fantastic in getting back to me promptly with all issues.

The site was easy enough to get through. The modules were tedious because of the length of them and the constant having to click next. I was not able to find a spot that allowed continuous play and that would have been super helpful. I did appreciate the speed up option.

The content was a bit repetitive at times but it got the point across. The practice exam was helpful and the exam itself was straightforward and easy to maneuver through.

Course felt not too long or too short allowing for just the right amount of information to feel confident when writing the exam?

Easy to navigate this course and can be completed in a couple of hours. Great for all to learn and understand handling food!

The course was well elaborated and concise

The course is very well designed. Short modules that have a quiz right after each chapter. One can complete the modules at your own pace and we are given plenty of time to finish the ten modules. The visuals and videos are excellent too. They even include a pre-exam practice to assist you with the materials covered.
