An excellent experience

I had an excellent experience with them.
They managed to save me a significant amount of money compared to other options, which was already a great start. What really stood out, though, was their customer service.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. They were also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whenever I needed help, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’d highly recommend them.

Disgruntled

I have used Trainsplit a number of times and have been happy. However, I now want a refund as I have COVID and cannot travel. There is no telephone number and apparently on line Covid not a valid reason!! All I want is to speak to someone.

Great Customer Service - Totally helpful

The help and responses i have received have been fast and comprehensive a it has been a pleasure to deal with this company.
I made a mistake booking tickets and with-in two hours using e mails to Customer Services the issue was resolved.
I am a senior citizen and this company provided understandable e mails that totally guided me through the actions needed. I am not an internet user particularity, so i thought is would be time consuming and a bit daunting, but it was none of these due to the help i received. 5 STARS
