Sven is working hard to satisfy his customer. Delivery is good and sufficiently quick, do not expect a 24h delivery, but hey, it is a one man business, be sensible, this is not Amazon with a big workforce to support your immediate gratification needs. Given that, his communication responses are outstanding. Some of the negative responses here appear to be of one person and I do not recoginise them.

I have used Sven's company for many years, since he began trading as Tramfabriek. His service is always second to none, quick service, polite and straightforward. The product is also top notch, but the reason I keep coming back is because of Sven's customer service, answering queries and concerns in a timely manner and resolving problems before they have occurred! When I have made a mistake on a project, Sven has been quick to help by supplying parts quickly without judgment! Thanks Sven, best wishes for future success!

My experience with the tram factory sven is more than good. The GS18 is built by him for me and assembled according to my wishes. The communication is fantastic and the speed of response is actually the same day. Can't say anything else that I am very satisfied with the work and quality he delivered

Looking for a solution for your motor- or narrow gauge (HON3 in my case) drivingproblem, there is only one way: contact Sven van der Hart's Tramfabriek. He is perfect in looking and delivering for the best solution!

I asked Sven if he could design a replacement motor unit for the old Ibertren 0-4-0 and supplied him with a sample. Not only did he do so (it is now in the range) but he supplied the first one free of charge.

Excellent stuff and excellent communication, which is not always the case with much bigger firms that have their own communications department.

Sven and the team always go the extra mile to help out when I'm doing another motor replacement projects, which in N Scale is always challenging.

I also use them exclusively for lightbars for my coaches and other projects.

The Tramfabriek is a very good website and good and fast deliveries.
One can find there usefull parts for designing your tramway or narrowgauge-locomotives.
Even usefull for standardgauge-locomotives in my own experience.
