As per our review, you voluntarily selected Transak as the payment partner and completed KYC using your own documents. Based on this, you were identified as a legitimate customer, and the order was placed according to your instructions.
The cryptocurrency was successfully processed and delivered on-chain to the wallet address you entered during checkout. Transak does not provide or control wallets, nor do we store user funds. If you’re unable to view the crypto in your wallet, we kindly recommend contacting your wallet provider for further assistance.
Please note that an order confirmation email, including the transaction details and hash, was sent to your registered email address as proof of successful delivery.

The first transaction I had went…
The first transaction I had went smoothly and I received the BTC within 1 to 3 minutes as promised.
The following day I tried to purchase $1000 eth. It said that the transaction was being processed and my crypto was on its way 14 hours later. I still hadn’t received it. I had a pending credit card charge which then fell off my credit card because the transaction I guess was canceled by you.
