I would not hesitate in shopping with Transatlantic Trading in the future, the jacket I ordered was excellent quality and will last many years. It arrived promptly after my order, was packed well ensuring that I received it in the same state it left them.
The website was easy to navigate, sizes were described well, there were pictures explaining how to measure myself so as to minimise the chance of a wrong size being purchased.
A truly wonderful experience.

Item never arrived
Ordered a rucksack on 6th Jan, it never arrived. I had to chase Royal Mail. Apparently lost. I asked for a replacement, this was confirmed as sent out, never received say Royal Mail. So 4 weeks after ordering I asked for a refund, which was processed quickly.
I won’t be ordering from them again.
