Great quality

Great quality, and swift delivery. But be aware, the size guide is WAY off. With a 44inch chest, I ordered an XL shirt, but in reality needed a Medium.

Shipped wrong product & email chaos

Shipped the wrong product (Helikon Ripstop trousers, not heavyweight cotton). Have multiple email accounts, 13 I'm told, some of which they said they do not check! - including the address I sent three emails to. I didn't invent that address, I replied to it.
Before buying I actually mailed them and pointed out that I was not ordering the Ripstop versions. If they recieved that email they ignored it. Transatlantic are the second supplier of Helikon who appear not to know anything about at least one product they are selling.
All in all a PIA. In fact, having returned the trousers I am now waiting for either the correct versions (preferred option) or a full refund.
Sending a request for a review whilst a dissatisfied customer is still awaiting a solution is symptomatic of a general lack of organisation.
Sorry Transatlantic, you asked for it.

Good customer service

I received my M65 jacket

I received my M65 jacket, which I want to return as not suitable. I have sent two emails and made two phone calls for a returns label, No response to emails or phone calls.

The issue has been satisfactorily resolved and I have received the returns label.
