Probably the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. Transdirect refused to deliver product to my door as there were stairs (12)!! They offered for me to go way out west to their warehouse to pickup my item after I paid $350 to transport it from Melbourne. Or they offered to deliver it curbside- ie dump a large piece of furniture on the roadside because they only employ one person for the delivery of a 90kg item, the weight of which was indicated on the request for a quote form. Appalling service and an absolute nightmare to deal with. DO NOT use.......

My wife consigned an item through transdirect for priority over night freight in late October. The item failed to update in the tracking and we had no contact about it. When we requested an update, we were advised that we needed to pay more and they were unsure where the item was. To get to this point it took another 2 to 3 weeks. It took until early December for them to confirm the item could not be located and for us to confirm the value of the item. We provided an approximate value and have heard nothing since. Their process for the rectification of issues is ham fisted to be diplomatic. Couple this with a lack of urgency in their customer service to follow an issue through to resolution and you end up with issues left unresolved for months on end. At no point has there been any attempt at contact via anything other than email. I will be recommending to all I speak to, to avoid transdirect at all costs.

We've used Transdirect a few times and always been happy with their low cost door to door service. Recent next day delivery from Pakenham to Frankston South just a day before Christmas was fantastic.

Two non-collections for the same delivery in one week.
Transdirect don’t actually manage your delivery, they take your pre-payment and you need to follow up on everything yourself.
Even after lodging two tickets for the same delivery not being collected, there was no follow up or communication.
Transdirect make AusPost look reliable, which is saying something.

Cheaper and faster than posting! I wanted to get a Christmas dress to my daughter overnight but couldn't face the long queues at the post office. I found Transdirect and to my amazement it cost less than 6 bucks to get it to her the next day. All I had to do was put the dress in an envelope, download the form and stick it on the envelope. The messenger picked it up within an hour and delivered it the next morning - it was cheaper and faster than the post office!

Awful. Courier agent don’t arrive in allotted (and paid for) service window. Took significant additional funds from account with no proof of weights. As useful as a chocolate teapot when I asked for evidence my booking was overweight. Pay a little extra and use someone with solid customer service.

Continuously had bad experiences with Transdirect. Either packages not been collected on time (have had to follow them up for 3 full business days before). Was charged under declared weight (not a problem) however was never contacted by Transdirect, they just sent it straight to a debt collector, if they had bothered to email or phone me directly I would've paid it straight away. Communication is terrible.
