I had my new 77" Oled TV delivered today. As the driver opened the back of the truck the TV was lying on its side partially propped up by a trolley. Not tied to the wall of the truck, not supported in any way.
They have just put the TV in the truck and then driven around with it falling all over the place. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! NEVER have I seen a TV transported with such disregard for peoples property. Amazingly the TV is undamaged, but that sort of delivery is not acceptable!

Communication was good. Once the pickup time was confirmed the item was collected as arranged and on time. Delivery was ahead of the estimated time and arrived in good order.
It was a irregular item that involved photos being submitted before confirmation, but that all went smoothly.

I paid the $191 to pick up an item and deliver it to my address. The item arrived ruined!! It looked like the had stacked heavy packages on top of it and then dragged them off instead of lifting them off.
I rang Transit to explain the situation expecting at least a refund of the transit fee (no even asking for cost of replacing my item!!) however, they refused to accept any responsibility at all. Said it was my fault for not having it packaged so that it couldn’t be damaged!!! Not even an apology!!

“The issue here isn’t the process — it’s that I was hit with an under-declared fee with zero evidence to support it. I measured the freight correctly and you have no photos or scan data to substantiate your claim.
I’ve asked repeatedly, and transdirect have refused to supply anything. This isn’t an isolated case either — plenty of customers have raised the same concern. After years of using Transdirect, I’m honestly shocked that this is the level of support I’m getting over a $16 charge.
All I’m asking for is simple: if you’re going to pass on an extra cost, show the proof.”

Transdirect charged me a $16.59 “oversize adjustment” without providing any evidence to justify the claim. I repeatedly asked for photos, measurements, or scan data from the carrier to prove that my shipment was oversized — they admitted they have no such records and still billed me.
They expect customers to simply accept extra charges on faith, even when you provide accurate measurements. Every other freight company I’ve dealt with can supply proof instantly — Transdirect cannot.
Their responses were dismissive and circular, and after researching other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern of unverified charges and zero accountability.
If you value transparency and fairness, avoid Transdirect entirely.

Delivery from Sydney to Sunshine coast got stuck in the depot near the delivery address for almost a week.
Once it got delivered, we've received a new bill of $102.21 on top of the $284.02 fee already paid, claiming the measurements used in the booking were not correct, without providing any kind of proof.
We sent pictures of the pallets before dispatch and more pictures after prooving the measurement considered we're impossible, but they still refuse to provide the refund.
We've been disputing this for almost a month now consuming us time that could have better use elsewhere.
If you're using their service make sure you have pictures and measuments before dispatch to, hopefully, avoid problems.

Worst courier service ever! So slow most of the times. Lost my package and after one week of emails going back and forth saying they won’t compensate anything as it’s on the terms and conditions.
update to your answer: What do you mean by “not answered”? I answered every single email in a few minutes.
Stop fooling people by template answers. The reality is you don’t compensate for the first $100 of lost packages which will be the case for most individual senders packages. And your communication is not responsible and only trying to cover the terms and conditions not helping your customers.
