I acknowledge your response, which clearly confirms Skrill’s refusal to take responsibility for fraudulent transactions processed through its system.
Despite being reported immediately, no meaningful action was taken to investigate or protect the customer.
Your reliance on “authorized payment” as a blanket justification ignores the well-documented reality of online fraud and deceptive practices.
This position effectively enables fraudulent actors to operate with confidence, knowing Skrill will not intervene.
As a regulated financial service provider, Skrill has a duty to act with diligence, fairness, and in the best interest of its customers.
Your failure to process a rightful chargeback constitutes a breach of these obligations.
I formally request the immediate initiation of the chargeback process for the disputed transaction.
Should this not be resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant financial regulators and consumer protection authorities.
I will also pursue all available legal avenues to recover my funds and damages.

My account got permanent suspension while i have money in it.
they asked me to withdraw money to the bank and the limits are: Min per transaction - 2 USD;
Max per transaction - 4000 USD;
Max per 24 hours - 4000 USD;
Max per 30 days - 8000 USD.
I didn't even touched the daily or monthly limit and they set the limit for withdraw to Zero!!!!
My money stuck in the account and i cannot withdraw it and they keep mark the cases as resolved without respond or solutions.
