I experienced a lack of protection with my purchase on TransferTravel. Initially, I bought an Aer Lingus voucher, and it was smoothly transferred to my name. However, months later, I

discovered that the voucher had reverted to the original seller's name. Despite reaching out, the seller failed to rectify the issue, only claiming they had transferred it to my name, and then ignored my further communications. Consequently, I lost both my money and the voucher, amounting to $3,000. TransferTravel's only action was to send emails to the unresponsive seller, yet they still allow them to remain a site member, effectively overlooking the fact that they have, in essence, stolen from me.

Edit based on reply: They just keep repeating to me the 7 day policy. As I have said multiple times the voucher was transferred to me and I have it in writing from the airline it is in my name. However somewhere in there system it was not updated so I need the seller to verify it is in my name and they won’t help. Therefore unless you plan to buy the voucher and travel within 7 days fully do not use this site. For the saving it’s not worth the zero protection and money at risk.
Based on there response; I was told there was no investigation. First I was told I would get a full refund, then as it’s outside the 7 days we will actually investigate to see who was at fault or the issue and then it was just no it’s outside the 7 days we are doing nothing

I sold Flix Bus Voucher on this site. And got good resale value through their wide range of audience. Even though the transaction was only around 20 USDs, the support I received from their team was more than anybody would expect for such low value transactions. Ashley and Aicha, helped me through PayPal account money transfer and showed lot of patience and availability to my questions. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Found this site as we were looking to sell our River Cruise credits. Didn't really expect to sell them but we found someone who had already booked the same cruise line and had yet to pay their final balance. Molly and Ashley were amazing with their guidance and quick responses throughout the whole process. I will definitely recommend Transfer Travel!

Amazing selling experience - I listed a holiday that I unfortunately couldn't go to. With the travel agent refusing to refund payment (as I made it in full), my only option was to go or lose the money.

Learned that you can sell your travel to other people so listed on Transfer Travel and got 80% of my money back within 2 weeks.

Have booked through transfer travel twice now and both times have been cheap deals and service I wouldn't hesitate in booking again in the near future. Ashley from customer service was very responsive.

Really easy to follow, fancied a last mi minute trip away without the hassle and paying too much. Spoke to someone on the team and they were super helpful.

Customer service on chat was very good.
Website is very hard to navigate.

I am impressed with the website overall but I just wish they had a bit clearer info on how to post the listing maybe some videos or step-by-step guides more easily available. Was able to get through to Ash on the web chat who managed to explain it all to me, so the crisis was averted!

I was looking for a cheap flight to Mallorca for 2 people and happened to stumble on this website by complete chance, I'm so happy I did though as I don’t think I would have found anything as close to the low price that I got, and the customer service answered all the questions I had in speedy time and were all just so friendly.

Tried to change the offer on my listing but was unable to do so, after speaking to Molly on the customer service team she was able to arrange a workaround for me and the buyer. Managed to solve my issue after some initial hiccups... cheers Molly!

This has to be one of the worse websites I've ever encounted. Navigation is awkward. FAQs are difficult to fathom (how much are their fees?). The Transfer Travel Support pop-up box fails to answer the simplest of questions. More annoyingly still, the box fails to close obscuring the text that I had entered. It does not allow the upload of photos. Instead it ask you to search their image library. Nothing appeared on this.
Neither was it possible to save the text that I entered. After 45 minutes frustration I've given up. Avoid.

I found transfer travel and like for like I only paid 65% of alternative websites options using their services for my hotel

Me and my partner had some time booked off at the end of August but nowhere booked. We’d heard about travel transfer from a friend so thought we’d give it a go. Website was a bit buggy but we managed to find a holiday in Slovakia with flights for a great price. Great deal and great website. Will definitely come back!

1. Every change to the listing (including description and price) requires a review that can take up to 24h, this is unacceptable for a last minute deals.
2. Within last 3 days you cannot make ANY changes to the listing, including price. This is ridiculous because the most time-critical negotiation happens in the last few days.
3. Support doesn't seem to have any ability to make any changes themselves.
4. From their FAQ - "we are so confident your listing will sell, we will reimburse your fee once it's sold". This doesn't make any sense. If you are confident my listing will sell, then you should reimburse if it DOESN'T sell.
5. Expect cheeky offers on listings, do not expect to recover more than 20-25% at best.

Awful. A website that is full of bugs - unable to edit properly - good luck on mobile. If this is how they present their site be VERY weary.

EDIT 11/06/23 - WATCH OUT there is a sudden uptake of great reviews and replies from TT, within the last 6 days which all appear to be VERY DUBIOUS.

Website down for days on end and customer support do not respond to queries. Absolute joke of a company.
