These people are scammers

These people are scammers. they jacked up my price twice and it took them almost a year to ship the car and still managed to fail. that is when i fired them. i had paid for shipping a car RORO i paid for cleaning and local transportation, insurance the lot. on the last attempt to get the car on a ship. they called me to say the car was dirty and the port refused the car and tge needed more money for cleaning. when i reminded them that i had paid for cleaning they then said it was full of personal items. i called them on that and said if there was anything in it just throw it out. they said it would cost more than shipping the car back to the place they collected it, in Stevenage. some £270. I knew the car was empty becase my son in law had taken photos of it the day before they collected the car. it was empty. Finally they wouldn’t back down on asking for more money. i said there is no way im paying you another cent. They said they are abandoning the car at Southampton.
i called WWL the ship owners and they located the car shipped it to me collect at about 1/2 the cost. they confirmed the car was clean and there was nothing in the car. Transglobalforwarding had charged for the cleaning but the carcwas clean enough as it was. They said they were on there way to collect the car on three different occasions for different sailings in the year that i waited. there was always an excuse which turned out to be a lie. First it was Halifax was not accepting any mord cars because of congestion. Then it was the transporter had a problem. Then they said the ports were going to be closed for months until congestion improved. It was always somebody else’s fault. i gave them an ultimatum; either you get it on the next ship or im asking for a refund. Tgat was strike threeand of course they failed. there is a bright side to the story. i had paid with Paypal and requested a refund. i was refunded 100% of what i had paid TGF. That means they were paying for the inland transportation from stevenage to portsmouth. I got the car shipped by WWL and they gave me some information on Transglobalforwarding. there are three of them all very similar names for tgere websites. the scammers i had dealt with are a very small company. the other two are bonafide large operations. I had ended up with them after I was recommended to use transglobalforwarding and mistakenly picked the scammers. if you are thinking about using the company- DONT. I should have checked the reviews for the correct company. it was an easy mistake to make so beware. James Mulini is a crook, a liar and can not be trusted. i would give them a negative 5 stars or better yet 5 toilet bowls.

Stay Away from this Company

Please do not trust this company with your money.

Read the other reviews before you engage with this company.

Many people have been scammed already.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews of this company prior to dealing with them.

They took my £850 payment and assured me that they would arrange shipping.

Not only did they fail to arrange the shipping, which meant I had to rearrange my flights... but they then proceeded to withold my refund.

I am so fortunate that paypal refunded my money otherwise I don't believe this company had any intention of paying me back.

I have reported this company to trading standards.

Steer clear of them PLEASE.

Scamming Enterprise in UK

These scamming enterprise company were hired to book two containers for me, few days before they arrive to port another company contact me asking for payment to get the Telex release. These Mother@K€R$ received the payment in full for one container. The other container was paid on credit card, thankfully I could reversed funds with my bank from one container.

These people will take your money and make you think everything is paid, hauling and ocean freight but the truth is that you will pay twice when cargo arrives to your destination. Those cockroaches lives from scamming international customers. Till now they still say they will refund the money, they might think international customers are that stupid and optimistic to still wait for a refund over months.

It was a big lost I had to take these time but I’m sure Karma will make them loose much more. I am hoping these review help other people avoid at all coast getting scammed by these cockroaches. There is a bunch of bad reviews from these ghost company, beware to whom you are giving your money and never pay by wiretransfer to international freight forwarders.

This company is to be avoided at all costs

This company is to be avoided at all costs. I used this company to ship my campervan from UK to Mexico, and am now in a legal dispute with them. They failed to pay the actual shipping company the money I had given them. I had to pay the shipping company directly to release my cargo (several thousand pounds). Transglobalforwarding kept stringing me along for several weeks, answering my calls and explaining the latest things that had gone wrong, while I waited in Mexico trying to get my van costing me thousands more pounds. I believe now that it was a scam, and am pursuing them for all the costs incurred. They are not answering at all, so will go to arbitration and maybe criminal investigation. I won't get the 4 weeks back I spent stressing and worrying while away from my family, trying to get the van, but hopefully I can get some of my money back.
