I have worked in the translation industry myself and know how tricky it can be to satisfy clients due to the complexity and subjectivity of the task at hand. I gave translate plus a very time sensitive task (translation of social media posts) and they lived on time and the quality was great. I will use them again but of course can't say how they deliver on other subject matters.
Poor service. Projects not delivered on time and many errors, Would not recommend.
