Terrible picture quality

Very cute idea for Valentine’s Day but unfortunately when my package arrived all my pictures are blurry and pixelated. Way expensive for the quality of these images, not worth it

Ordered both the ornament and larger…

Ordered both the ornament and larger stand up one. Was supposed to be the same image yet the larger of the two is really, really zoomed out and not even the right city. They were supposed to be the same so that is confusing.
I sadly didn't notice the mistake since I never opened the package until this week. I ordered it with a holiday bonus for a birthday present.
The small one is great though and will work, I just should have opened it and checked sooner.

First time ordered didn’t realise when…

First time ordered didn’t realise when I ordered it was coming by Australia post tracked from time of dispatch getting on the plane to landing in uk and then post office receiving it from customs to delivery x the item is perfect just as described . Cannot post photos as I have not given the present yet x

Too Small to Read

The writing is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to see it. The map is illegable. It's basically super small writing with a heart in the middle of a yellow square. I wish I could add a photo to this review.

There are NO REFUNDS with this company either! Beware and good luck!

UPDATE: The response below is not true. This looks nothing like what was shown at checkout. If it needs to be read with a magnifying glass they shouldn't sell it.

The order process was easy

The order process was easy. The site shows the product on a stand - which one would think was included in the price, however during the ordering process it is shown as an added extra which was the only disappointment

Beyond frustrated. Now being ignored. Started 1/13/2026 and last response 1/22/2026 with no resolution or further responses.

Update: It is now February 10th and no invoice has been provided, even though their response on this site was it would be sent with our delay. I did research all possible area on my computer. They continue to fail and not provide a resolution. I also sent support a copy of review and their response. Again I am ignored.


I have had several e-mail conversations. I was sent this We apologize for the continued difficulty you've experienced with the payment process.

As mentioned previously, you can pay the USD $20.00 reprint fee directly through PayPal by sending the amount to:xxxxi

Alternatively, if it is more convenient for you, we can send a formal invoice directly to your email address which you can pay online. Please let us know if you would prefer for us to send that invoice over.

I said yes, send me invoice. I was then sent this:
We have already sent the invoice to your email address, xxxx. Please check your inbox, including your spam and promotions folders, to ensure it was received.
I responded:

Please see the entire e-mail chain. I am beyond frustrated. There is no e-mail with an invoice, i checked spam, trash and all folders. The only attachments to any of the e-mail are the pictures I sent you. Please have someone higher up in management get me the invoice today. I just don't understand how this simple matter seems so complicated on your end. I hope to be able to give you a good review if I can get the invoice and the remake made, if not I will post a complete review with the history of my experience and file a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

I am now being ignored and expect a response with the invoice attached or as I said, I will be forced to file a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Please take this seriously.

Super service but not fully satisfied

I really appreciated the client service. You were very accessible to exchange by email and that is great.
Though I am a little disappointed with the product. There are a few scratches on the side of the plexiglass that I can’t fix. The image is a little too condensed also. We can’t see any of the street names. I would’ve preferred having something more zoomed in.

Great product

The site was easy to use. The magnet I got came packaged well and in perfect condition. It looked exactly like the preview. It took longer to get to me than I expected but that was my fault, I didn’t realize it was coming from Australia to the US.

First time ordering-very happy

I ordered for the first time to get my very new partner of 1 week a special gift of our first date. Came in a timely manner being I’m from Canada, product was packed great and all around I’m happy! The map plaque is SO perfect! It’s simple and special! Will order again in the future.
