Prompt to deal with any order problems

From personal experience I found Transquip quick to resolve any issues. I ordered some LED lights which on arrival were unsuitable for the task. I sent an email and the alternative type was despatched the next day, the courier who delivered them also picked up the incorrect lights at the same time.

Slow service and misleading photographs

Ordered a item from them, took longer than expected to be delivered after numerous phone calls chasing it up. Advised it had been posted, next day advised they hadn't recieved it from their suppliers and would chase it up.
Item eventually arrived and was different to what was advertised despite being 'custom made'. After questioning it was informed the photos on the website are for "illustrative purposes only". It does not say this on the website so heavily misleading.

Items eventually arrived

Items eventually arrived, shipping charges were excessive, I asked for confirmation of next day delivery but my items arrived three days later.
I sent pictures of what I required and was advised what to purchase, no further advice as my items came without plugs so had to make additional purchase with another supplier.
