Could improve

Took 3 phone calls to find out why my order had not been shipped. Turned out that 6 of 10 items were not in stock.

Then 4 Sprung Loaded Shoring Bars 1.3-1.7m did then turn up next day. But they were also not as described, they were only sprung up to about 1.62m

Best price online for the items I needed, easy ordering and purchase, well packaged and swiftly despatched and delivered. Customer Service is uselss

Placed an order a week ago and have been struggling to get through to anyone or get an update on the order. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, they stated my order hasn't even been dispatched yet.

They charge an extortionate amount for postage and then delay the dispatch by a week. Avoid this company, it is nothing but hassle and a waste of time. I will not be returning to a company with such incompetence.

Order took 3 weeks longer than stated.
Customer service was hopeless as they didn’t bother replying to my email questions about where my order was. In the end I had to ring up, only to be promised that it would arrive later the following week. It didn’t.

Wouldn't use again- very difficult…

Wouldn't use again- very difficult company to deal with.
We tried to place our order online, 2 of us tried on different phones & neither would continue through checkout.
I called the next day & got a lady whose English was so bad I slowly had to spell every part of name & address
I put it in writing to sales via email & was promptly called back by a chap who spoke English. A week later & my order hadn't turned up, I tried calling & no answer so emailed, no response, a few more days later I emailed again & did a website message, someone then called & they didn't have my postcode (even though I had already supplied my full address on first email). Package eventually arrived but I'm sorry I wouldn't use again, very painful.
