Product review of Travall Guard & Divider for a 2015 RAV4.
I am very pleased with the build quality, fit & finish and overall quality of these components. They are well designed, sturdy and fit properly with no issues.
The ordering process was simple and the items shipped very quickly, were very well packaged and all parts were clearly marked.
Installation was simple and the instructions concise.
Removal of both the guard and divider is equally simple and quick should the need arise.
These items do carry a premium cost, but you get what you pay for.
I had investigated several "generic one size fits all" products and was left wanting each time. The vehicle specific design, fitment and build quality of the Travall products fit my needs and met my expectations.
Well worth the investment.

The Travall pet barrier is well built, secure and the custom fit for my Jeep Cherokee is worth the extra few dollars and delivery time(which was actually pretty fast considering it was shipped from the UK to Canada). Much better than a generic one size fits all barrier.

Fits my car like a glove. Very easy to remove when needed. Very happy with this product.

It is an excellent product but not very easy to instal and I don't think we will ever remove it because of the difficulties of instaling and removing it.

As a man I do not read instructions, ask for directions, or readily admit that it "was me wot broke it". When I last changed cars some 3 years ago I needed a new dog guard, mat and bumper protection whatsit. Travall sorted me in exchange for a registration number and my credit card details....even my ex-wife demanded more than this. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I was required to do jobs for one of my children (aged 30+) which required removing the dog guard and lowering the back seat to make my mondeo change into a van with windows. When they...she...ok it was me who put the dog guard back in situ...but no matter how I forced it, the dog guard refused to be put back in backwards. I managed, being a heavy handed older-type man, to break an unbreakable bit. So I get to my point....Travall had their factory make two...not one but two...(for the next time I do it)...unbreakable bits to avoid me having to buy a new dog guard or at least let me off of reading the instructions and giving me time to change the car before requiring a new dog guard, mat and bumper thing from Travall. I can only hope that the members of staff responsible for this review at least get the chance to read it. Apparently I'm not allowed to name names....having said that, being an older-type man...ok, a heavy handed older type man, I have trouble remembering names ....and how to fit incredibly easy to fit dog guards. Thank you to Z and your team. First class support service.

Product is not too bad but customer service is awful.
I ordered some mats for my car on travall.ca website and they shipped left hand traffic mats to Canada from the UK. It obviously doesn't fit my Canadian right hand traffic car.
They are refusing any kind of responsibility to find a friendly agreement.
Terrible service.
I now have UK mats unusable anywhere in North America
They never offered to waive the shipping charge otherwise I would have been satisfied with the offer.
