Great price on fantastic product.

On my first order , their warehouse made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, but the way the problem was resolved by customer service was impressive. I highly recommend buying from companies which give you the confidence to buy again. I certainly recommend this company since my replacement delivery was fast and in perfect condition. Custom service was cumbersome and there was CS phone number available. Chat service was also cumbersome with delayed responses.

Great price on my Samsung elevation plus SS carry-on, and duffel. i’ve had a Samsonite , silhouette carry-on, and we can bag slides on top of my carry-on, but since when your lines have reduced the size of their carry-ons, I decided to be compliant and buy a smaller one for short trips. I like the luggage and the top of which slides on the handle is actually quite big about the size of the carry-on spinner

I tried to order this suitcase through JC Penney twice, and each time they canceled it. I finally decided to look elsewhere and found it on Travaloo for a reasonable price and guaranteed delivery within days. Very pleased with the suitcase, and very pleased with the service.

Overall great experience. Competitive pricing and the customer service was extremely helpful and timely.

The Bric luggage covers were delivered as expected and on time. I also enjoyed the discount that was received for ordering several items. I will use Travaloo company again as I shopped for new duffels.

Product and delivery were fine. Company claims "free return shipping," which is technically accurate, but they also charge a very large "restocking fee." I understand that shipping luggage is expensive, but choosing to describe this as "free return shipping" well above the "restocking fee" description on the page is clearly intended to deceive customers into thinking returns are free. No other explanation makes sense.
