I like their compressed socks, I even have 2 already but only size M/L a bit bigger for me but it's OK, try to find size S last year and can't find it in travel blue marketplace and CGK airport...however can manage to find my size S at Changi airport terminal 2. Would recommend the compressed socks, so comfy, avoid my legs getting bloated during long flight😊

My neck pillow developed a leak shortly after I bought it. I emailed Travel Blue for warranty. They quickly responded, and a few days later I had a brand-new replacement. Nice!

I purchased a Travel Blue luggage lock at the Reykjavik airport. When I used it for the first time, the lock would not scramble once the latch was closed. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it, even though it required shipping internationally. The new one arrived and it works perfectly. Kudos to their customer service team for their prompt service and addressing what was an otherwise useless lock!

My wife bought a suitcase in Brazil for travel to Europe. On arrival in Portugal it was missing a wheel. Contacted customer support hoping to get the wheel fixed while in Portugal or Spain. They were very helpful and had their Iberian branch send a suitcase, albeit smaller than the original, to our address in Spain together with a small gift.
Glad to see there are still companies with functional and attentive after-sales customer support.

I love this company and their products. Bought a neck pillow many years ago at an airport, which I came to love... and when I later had a son he became so attached to this pillow, and uses it like his "teddy bear", it comforts him and he sleeps with it every night. After several years of being used intensely by my son, the pillow was quite worn out, so I wanted to buy him a new one. I panicked when I couldn't find any place to buy it, so in the end I contacted Travel Blue directly to ask if they could help me. They were quick to answer and my desperate search all of a sudden turned into the most lovely experience I could ever have hoped for. They were so incredibly kind during the email conversations we had, and now I have 4 pillows on the way and my little boy is set for life in regard to his "best friend". A big thanks goes out to Travel Blue, and especially Karin Christgau for her kindness and help ❤️
