First time used Lebara eSIM

First time used Lebara eSIM. Have previously used local eSIM of the countries I visited, worse one I found was UAE 😀.
For some years was using Airalo. That isis OK but sometime setup is tricky and you help in installation tricky.
Lebara ticked all boxes with ease of use value for money, hassle free and never out of network in Turkey.
Only thing I am not sure if same eSIM will work with top of for new country or new installation.
Will I suppose will find out on next visit abroad

eSIM high recommended - NZ experience

I installed the eSIM for a trip to New Zealand.
Although I had some issues on arrival with my eSIM not connecting, the issue was swiftly resolved by the Lebara team being very responsive to emails and providing clear advice. The install and activation process is very easy.
The coverage has been working well and am I very happy with my internet speed while abroad. Thanks

-Not woring in multiple countries

Before the trip, I spoke with customer support. I clearly explained that during three weeks I would be traveling within Asia across four different countries. They assured me that everything would work without any issues. At their request, I even left a 5-star review beforehand.

During the trip, it turned out this was not true.

I purchased a 30-day eSIM plan for the first country, even though I stayed there only 2 days. I did this because I knew I would return to the same country for another 2 days at the end of the trip and planned to use the remaining data. Unfortunately, this is not possible.

You cannot have active plans for multiple countries at the same time. Only customer support can delete an existing plan. Customer support is available only during business hours, which is extremely impractical with an 8-hour time difference.

As a result, when I arrived in the second country, I could not buy a new plan because the previous one had not yet been deleted and support was closed. I arrived in a foreign country without internet and had to urgently find a solution on my own, even though internet access was required just to enter the country, as I needed it to access my visa. This was a very unpleasant and stressful situation.

For the 3rd and 4th countries, I did not even try to use the Lebara Travel eSIM, because I knew the same problem would happen again on the way back. The system simply cannot handle travel across multiple countries.

I am very disappointed. My carefully planned trip started with unnecessary stress and frustration. I would only recommend this eSIM to people who need internet in a single country only.
