Great prices, our hotel was cheaper than the other websites but service was just as good. Will use again.

The male staff at the check in counter is really great and very accommodative even go extraile to assist us.

Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!

Hotel was great the travelated has been a nightmare. Accidentally booked 2 rooms. It was late we had flight issues, I put in that I had 3 adults 1 child. Picture said 2 queen beds an I booked it. Once confirmation came it had it all messed up an had 2 rooms with queen beds. Tried to take care of it at check in was told ti contact the customer support for travelated. It has been a nightmare since, if I don't call they don't do there job which is calling hotel to speak with management about refund of one room. Multiple times I've had to call back an have gotten nowhere. They don't call until I call, I booked with them I can't stop my life to call at certain times to get it resolved. They should do that without me calling an when I call it should be for an update. Don't book thru them.

Very good and clean hotel

I have booked 2 rooms and paid fully (the money was deducted from my card). But I didn't received any confirmation code.

I send them inquiry and they response that they will check and get back to me. Its become almost 5 hrs and didn't received any feedback.

I have checked with hotel directly, and they advise no booking is under my name.

I have tried one time ... but unfortunately thier customer service is too bad. I need my money back or need a confirmation.

So I don't recommend to use this website.

Scammers !!! Don't use them.

I reserved on Dec. 22 with them 2 Hotel rooms and paid full amount. The next day I received a cancelation email without stating any reason. I tried calling them on the number they have on their website, all the options on the automated system tells you to call the Hotel directly, only one extention answers if you are "willing to pay" for a new reservation !!! I called the hotel directly and they answered that I don't have any reservation..
They wasted our time and efforts, they busted our holiday plans !!!!

Proximity to Airport, value for money. Free shuttle to the Airport and Metro

Everything was great, friendly staff, excellent room service, gym equipment and swimming pool ammenities was great and good breakfast overlooking the sea view. The only downside was the nearby pub was blasting music every night. We could hear it from the 10th floor! My family woke up a few times in the wee hours of the night. I hope there will be some rules imposed on the pub on the loudness as it is affecting the hotel guests.

Prices are great too, though.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly... the facilities were clean and had everything I needed and more. Bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows and the breakfast was perfect. Even managed to get a selection of bacon and sausage that were slightly more well done.

No complaints

I stayed them at Budapest and Prague during my recent visit. Both places were great for the price. Staff is amazing and very kind.

We weren't actually supposed to stay here. Aerolineas went on strike the day we were planning to leave Iguazu, and the villas we had been staying in were already booked for that night. So we ended up with 4 rooms at this place. Boy did we suffer ; ) I booked dinner reservations as soon as we checked in. We went to the bar and had a few drinks to settle down from the day at the falls (and subsequent move.) Then a nice dip in the beautiful pool before a wonderful dinner. I skipped breakfast the next day, but everyone else enjoyed it. My aunt asked for a late checkout since our flight wasn't until evening. They let us keep 2 of the rooms until 3pm! That totally saved the day! We were planning on checking out at 11am, leaving our luggage at the desk, and having 5 hours to kill. Instead, we were able to go back to the pool, shower and change in our 2 remaining rooms, and go to another lovely meal BEFORE packing. Unfortunately, we did have to sit at the bar for an hour before our transfer to the airport. Broke our hearts! Omar, Patricia, Tatyana, and Ramon were particularly friendly with us, even with my limited Spanish. What started out as a huge fiasco, quickly turned into a dream come true. Well done amigos, well done!

I needed to find a reasonably priced last minute room in Auckland which is not always an easy feat if you are wanting a good cbd or waterfront location. I was warmly assisted and really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My room was a great size and well appointed. Fantastic cbd location and cool view, overall a very comfortable place. And the staff really are lovely, helpful, and I can't thank them enough for such a pleasant stay. And no, I'm not a fake reviewer, this is authentic. I just really liked it there.

Cheating keep away of them. I have booked a room in Hotel. When i came to the Hotel he sayed your booking is not in our Hotel its on the Hotel on the other side. They deal with cheating lokal booking agents.
