Amazing location. In front of beach with a bustling walking street down stairs. They upgraded me to a three-bedroom suite for no additional charge. Amazing pool on the beachfront as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was very polite and gave us some dining choices.

Perfect! No problems at all. In the beginning I was afraid to book through unknown website, but tried and did not disappoint. The price was 2 times lower than in other websites. Will definitely use again😊

The best hotel for the money near the WAW airport!

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area facing the harbour. Staff are very pleasant, welcoming and professional. The hotel has a lovely pool, sauna and Turkish baths which you can reserve. Additionally, the breakfast has a great selection and has a small selection for gluten free and vegans.
The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bathroom are generous in size.
When back in Lisbon, we will stay here again.

Spontaneously booked the hotel and everything went well.

Company is a scam. They advertise way lower prices…but when you get to the actual hotel they tack on extra fees…even when Travelated themselves already charged for them. Got hit with an extra resort fee in NYC (which is included when you book direct to the hotel but not when you book with an external company apparently but this was mentioned no where on any site or I would have gone direct). This info of a fee was not only NOT on Travelated/advertised anywhere on their site but the hotel website themselves didn’t have it anywhere. In my opinion they must be working together to scam people who think they are getting a deal when in actuality they sell the worst room in the hotel and remove all the things that come with a normal stay so it just looks that way and then the hotel takes their extra cut once you get there.
Complete lack of accountability. Shame on you, got me once but never again! I was charged 35 dollars for fees to the hotel and when I got to the hotel they charged me an extra 55 dollar a day fee (not negotiable apparently so it’s not like if you don’t use facilities they will remove it).
I don’t understand why they don’t just put everything in the price up front so customers can make informed decisions instead of deceiving people out of their money. Avoid this site…if it’s too good to be true it probably is!!

Clean and good for the price. We needed just crash late at night and go early in the morning with late arrival. Quite and nice breakfast.

Helpful and very friendly staff will definitely stay again if and when we got back to Manchester
