This is a scam agency. They pose as airlines and collect credit information charging fares for bogus tickets. I suspect that they also sell the credit card in the secondary fraud markets. BEWARE. DO NOT USE them

We thought we were calling Royal Caribbean’s official customer service to pay off our balance, but instead we mistakenly reached this agency. That’s when the nightmare began. They misled us into paying for “discounted port fees,” which we later discovered were already included in our cruise fare. When we finally got through to Royal Caribbean directly, they confirmed what we feared – this was a scam.

We immediately requested a refund and were promised one, even receiving an email confirmation. Weeks later, we still have no refund. Every time we follow up, we’re given a new excuse or delay. It’s a complete runaround.

This has been an awful, frustrating experience. The company hides behind different business names and phone numbers, and the representatives use generic American names while speaking with heavy accents – all to mislead people. We pride ourselves on being careful with travel purchases, but this scam was very convincing.

Please be warned: do not make the same mistake we did. Always book and pay directly with your cruise line or airline. This company is dishonest, deceptive, and preys on travelers.

Using AI I was provided a phone number to contact and potentially overcome a complex problem on a United Airlines Business RTW ticket.

The person answering the phone at (888) 929-1614 said that my problem was too complex for him and that he was going to transfer the call to his Supervisor, who identified himself as "Ronny".

Ronny later provided his direct phone number of (855) 451-4115 which I have no idea if it is real or fake.

Later in the conversation Ronny said that he was a Supervisor for United Airlines based out of NY.

After describing the problem with the RTW ticket he said that a credit would be issued for the flight segment that I couldn't get a Business Class seat for, even though I had previously paid the Business Class fare.

He said that $2,099.85 would be refunded to my credit card.

WRONG!!!

While I was still on the phone with supposed Ronny, I got an email from Adam Vacations advising that a PAYMENT of $3,500.99 had failed. Fortunately, my credit card company had declined the payment.

No surprise that whoever identified themselves as "Ronny The United Supervisor" is a total fraud. Given all of this the guy nonetheless sounded very knowledgeable, which makes the situation all the more dangerous!

This company is a total fraud. They say they are making arrangements as you requested, take your credit card info, post charges to your account and then try to deliver something completely different.
They do not have a website and all of the 'representatives' work from home and do not return phone calls.
The phone number they provide for customer service goes to the reservations line where people tell you that the rep is not available and they will call you back, but they never do.
I've already reported them to the credit card company as a fraudulent provider and am now alerting law enforcement of their scam.

They answer the phone as 'Reservations' but cannot provide a company name until their charge appears on your credit card statement.
No one at the company seems to know where their organization is headquartered which makes it impossible to address the fraud at the executive level.

Please beware of this company, I have been scammed, luckily I paid with Barclaycard, so i will be intouch with Barclays tomorrow. I wanted to buy three tickets then i saw other deals and was trying to see if i could change the ticket to me alone and use my deposit, I was told my deposit for the kids is lost, that i could not use my deposit for my own ticket, i had to lose the deposit for 2 kids, that is scam - right there , buyer beware, it is sad that they do not think thier actions are wrong, run from this company

Dealt with Sebi who met my expectations and ticket arrived within 48 hrs
