When you refuse to pay additional payment and decided to cancel they will charge you £100 per person. ITS A SCAM SO PLEASE RUN AWAY!!!!!

Chose Travelcation due to competitive prices, booked flights online on Saturday.
Numerous email and telephone calls over the following 3 days causing significant inconvenience - various issues quoted including discounted seats no longer available, flights no longer scheduled, price increases etc. Today (Tuesday) after in excess of 6 promised call backs/confirmations failed to materialise, I finally spoke to a ‘team leader’ who also proved incapable selecting the correct dates/times (even when given the exact flight numbers) but consistently offered unfeasible alternatives.
I have requested a refund, but will apparently have to wait 7-10 business days for this to be actioned.
Stick to a trusted intermediary or book direct, you have been warned!…

Switch and bait. They get your credit card details by offering a really good fare. Then they say the airline won’t accept the fare and ask you to confirm the ticket for a higher fare. Meanwhile they are still holding your cc details. It’s a scam - can’t trust these guys.

Don't go for it.
Don't go for it. They lure with cheaper price and later a day or two you will end up paying higher than the airline website. That too you have to ring the customer service frequently and get through painful negotiation.
My story: I searched flights in Google Flights and for any flight, Travelcation is the cheapest provider by discount of 15£ compared to other booking websites. So I decided to enquire and book. So I called the customer service on Saturday morning enquired the same and booked my ticket @735£. I was told tickets should arrive by Saturday evening. No response by evening.
So I called first thing on Monday to enquire the flights. I was told I would get it in another 3 hours. I emailed in the afternoon, no response till evening.
So I called again. I was informed by customer service (Person X), the tickets were not available at the price. I need to pay a higher price as of time to get the tickets @800£ (after a discount of 100£ provided by travelcation for the missing flight). Furthermore, I was given hours of time to decide. When I searched in google again prices were cheaper, even at the same moment even travelcation showed tickets @755£ for a new booking.
When I called back with details, new person(Person Y) picked it and said tickets price were not updated in their site correctly offered me @765£. I agreed. I am told I would get emailer for the tickets in 20 min. No response for 2 hours.
I called again, this time picked by (Person X) she again asked me @800£. When I said (Person Y) gave me @765£ she said it is mistaken from his end. I have to pay 800£ immediately. Tickets will be issued in 48 hours.
I literally felt Rip off and caught in a shady place where there is no standard and anyone can decide on price arbitrarily and no customer support or communication. At the end, travelcation send email "due to technical issues they're unable to issue tickets" - completely false.
I ended up booking with airline's website with 810£. I got the ticket immediately.

Total scam AVOID
Total scam.
Booked flights received a confirmation email with a transfer in 1 city between 2 different airports.
I asked about wether it could be changed and never received an email reply.
So just figured I’d roll with and get a taxi.
Arrived at the Airport to find I didn’t even have any flights ?? WTAF
Ended up buying emergency flights from 3 different airlines to get where I needed to go! Shame on you google for allowing this company on google flights.
