Excellent booking process
The very detailed itinerary planning and adjustments to my requests have been thoroughly managed by Natalia Spears and I can’t thank her enough for helping me book our Japan family trip next October. Every changes, big or minor ones, were taken all into consideration. Payment plans were explained accordingly and we were also treated with a complimentary day tour in Tokyo! Travel Center was a pleasure to deal with, very professional service from start to finish
From our initial holiday enquiry and right through the booking process our travel consultant Leah Fraser was absolutely brilliant. Leah was on the ball throughout.
Our holiday was a “bucket list” trip to Canada (Banff and Vancouver) including the Rocky Mountaineer, then onwards to Alaska with a cruise on the inside passage and then onto LA California. Leah re-arranged our package to include our additional week in LA and jiggled flights to accommodate our changes. Travel Centre kept us updated with all the necessary confirmation paperwork and everything worked out perfectly. They were so efficient right from the start, I would highly recommend them based on our experience, thank you.
